i feel so sad doing this but, I am not happy with the 50 dollar call out fee being 3 miles away from the venice office, we as patients don't have the choice to go in and see you so the call out fee is forced on us, health care savings cards won't cover travel, we as a family have autoimmune issues and use the service for being protected at home, we pay our deductible, co insurance and go above and beyond for the disabilities and autoimmune issues and now we have to pay 50 for coming out, I get it gas is expensive, I've also know insurance sometimes doesn't stay to their agreements, none of which should be passed on to the patients, wonderful service, Love the care but this call out seems a bit expensive to me for gas from 3 miles, 6 round trip not happy from financial standpoint read more

Wow, what Amazing care my mom receive. ER2YOU came to our house, no ER waiting with other sick people, mom just rested in the comfort of her chair in her home. They came with a smile & definitely care & concern for my mom. she was giving an IV for dehydration & and x-ray to check her lungs. They also did a urine test & gave her antibiotics for an infection. The called back a few days after the culture test came back to let us know she was on the correct antibiotic. I can't recommend higher. I wish I could give 100 stars. Not having to transport my mom when she was so sick & her getting amazing care in her home was priceless. Lucky for us her insurance covered everything. I wished I could leave ZERO stars. Two weeks ago I was recovering from the flu, vomiting, fever, dehydrated, so we called for an IV. A woman came dressed in flip-flops and shorts with a very young helper, and she took my vitals. I told her that I needed an IV and she immediately seemed unsure of herself. I told her she was making me very hesitant and she raised her voice and yelled at me and told me "it was going to hurt." I have a very good vein in my right arm, (which was easily accessed later that day) and get IVs frequently, but she decided to go in at the wrist bone vein. I was so weak and ill and dehydrated I passed out and had a seizure. I had received 10CCs (about 2 Tsp) according to what she told my husband and the paramedic. She could not get out of my house fast enough!! The paramedics even commented about that! They literally said "well, that's a bad sign". I would NOT recommend her and I will no longer recommend this company. She was extremely rude to an extremely sick patient. She was argumentative with my husband! I've been told since that management has changed in the last few years and it shows. Do yourself a favor and just to go the ER! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! read more

Oh my goodness this is the best service I have ever gotten in my life. I cut my foot on a shell and it required stitches. I was so bummed out because I was on vacation. So I am thinking that's great I have to sit in a hospital for hours now.But one phone call to er2go chased the blues away the office staff were able to fit me into the schedule they were able to see me within an hour and stitch up my foot in the comfort of my own truck. The Doctor was amazing and so were the nurses. Thank you er2go for saving my vacation. I would recommend them to everyone. read more

They arrived quickly with a nurse practitioner and paramedic, did a complete assessment, thoroughly cleaned and bandaged the wound, gave a tetanus booster but most importantly, provided peace of mind. Judy and Shawn arrived a little late, but they called ahead to say they were running behind...high marks for good communication. They were very professional, took down medical history and checked vitals. They prescribed medicine to control the symptoms of a very bad head cold and sinuses. I highly recommend this much needed service. Great for someone who does not have a primary physician or a family with small children who are ill. We won't think twice about calling them again if needed. read more

This place is amazing. I had ear infection but also two very small children and had no idea how I was going to schlepp them to a doctors office and wait 2 hours. Instead I got to wait in the comfort of my home, they called me to update me on when they would arrive. So pleasant and professional. They only charged me my co-pay of $30 and said if my insurance required a larger co-pay they would notify me first but the took the smaller amount first instead of charging me more and potentially having to refund me later. Which is always a hassle and sometimes they don't refund you. Even if they need to change me $60 which is my specialist co pay I would still use them in second. It is so worth your time and headache. I will absolutely be using them every time I need urgent care and open from 9-6 on Sundays! Can't speak highly enough. They are a bright shining star in the dumpster fire that is our current healthcare system. I kept telling me husband I can't believe what just happened! read more
