I made an appointment with Dr Lee who spent time talking with me and really listening to my symptoms and complaints.

Why did we wait 2 months? To ensure what ever is causing the issue is able to build up to the degree that it's unbearable? If she suggests waiting 2 months, say no, I want the tests ASAP- if its a building allergy and you wait 2 months, its gonna be terrible the 5 days before the test - i cant sleep, work, go to the store, put on clothes - 2 months ago I could just use a dab of steroid cream and it stopped - id have to bathe in it now for 6 or 7 hours a day now. So thanks for making the 4th of July weekend an unbearable weekend of suffering

Only reacted to 3 allergens out of 40. Moved on to step two... NEEDLES!!! 40 little tuberculin devils. This time my deltoids were inflamed and on fire. 30 minutes of misery but way better than getting back scratched. Doc also ordered a breathing test which I failed 3x even after a nebulizer treatment. I'm officially asthmatic but happy it's only allergy induced. The visit was 2 hours long, painful but I'm so happy I had a very thorough test completed so Im aware of triggers to avoid. Still deciding whether to do drops or shots for treatment. But whatever it may be, I know I'm in good hands. Fantastic service, everyone was friendly and super helpful. Starting with making an appointment to receiving itemized invoice, stellar service is all I can say.

Filled out info while she took my ins info. Finished with my paperwork and her window was closed like she didn't wanna be bothered. I had to go to the left window and speak to another lady who took my paperwork. 10 min later window opens I barely heard my name called... I went back and she wanted to schedule me in for Jan? With a big smile. It's Aug..she then condescendingly said how about February? Like laughing to herself. I said no, I'd like to get in earlier. I guess I'll have to go somewhere else. She didn't say one word just handed me my paperwork back. My opinion is this, if you don't like your job, don't work where you work. It's not our fault as customers that you're unhappy. You don't need to spread your bad energy to customers. It's bad for your company and for your well-being. If this is my company and I saw this lady treating a customer, the way I was treated I would fire her on the spot. I've been the customer service industry for over 35 years. Not acceptable I've never not seen a company refused customers in all of my life. Good riddance. I went home and got on the phone and I got in right away for tomorrow, with another firm Deuces. Customer service is always number one in my book. And negative Nancy definitely dropped the ball. Cut bait with her... Deadweight

Amazing doctor. My boys also see Dr. Zaleski and we've had a very positive experience with him as well. The staff is also great. Don't let the poor reflection of the rating stop you from giving this office a try. It is not a true reflection of the excellent care you will recieved here.

Would give Kahane ZERO if I could. We're just finding out over two years later that he and the…read morepsychiatrist he referred me to overloaded me on a mix of EIGHT different POISONS over the course of THREE MONTHS: an antidepressant, benzos, Lunesta. an antipsychotic and ordered 2 different anti seizure meds, which I refused. All this stemming from ONE panic attack that led to the inappropriate prescribing of these POISONS; not once did any of these lessen my symptoms, but rather worsened them and presented new ones which led to more drugs and new false diagnoses. And the worst, an attempted OD that left me hospitalized. But first: I was only on levothyroxine for years, and after ONE panic attack he had me STOP it for 4 days, then restart it at 50%, a drastic reduction after being stable for decades. He then gave me Xanax, mirtazapine, busparone all within 2 weeks and didn't stop there. He did not once appear to monitor the effectiveness and potential paradoxical effects, which we now know was the case: the drugs worsened the symptoms they were designed to treat. Both my husband and I both left his " practice" due to the aforementioned incompetence and unjustified arrogance of his refusal to refer me to an endocrinologist once another physician ( granted, a former anesthesiologist turned wellness MD) ordered blood labs that showed a high level of thyroid antibodies leading to a Dx of Hashimotos. (Aside: Kahane also declined my request for a referral to a dermatologist to remove my husband's skin tags, claiming he could do it... we were horrified when he proceeded to numb him with lidocaine and cut the 30+ of them with a scalpel, which by the way my husband felt, rather than cauterize them as we had anticipated. I went from living a HEALTHY and productive life as a physical therapist and athlete to being mostly bed bound and suffering from a myriad of major medical problems. Look up the dangers of not tapering these poisons, as well as lingering effects on the nervous system, BIND ( benzo. Induced neurologic dysfunction), kindling... find Dr. Josef on YouTube. Got more out of him from an hour video than sessions with this incompetent "doctor".

I started with Dr. Cruz on March 18th and we had a good visit, even had a fist bump. While I was…read morethere the nurse asked me if I need any refills of my prescriptions and she filled two of the many that I have while there. Dr. Cruz has all my medications in their portal and told me just to ask when I needed others filled. So, recently I asked for several to be filled. They filled all but one for 60 mg and told me that my cardiologist would need to renew it, but they had already renewed the same drug for 30 mg. I got angry about that because I had given them a list of all of my medications. I wrote and explained that they had already filled the 30mg pill. I wrote them and told them I was angry (pissed off) and if they couldn't renew all of them I would find a new primary care doctor. *The issues with using the portal to ask another doctor for a renewal is the portal sucks, I've had to log in 20 times before I can get to send a message. I have better things to do with my time than try to send them a message, even Dr. Cruz agreed with me on that. Well, they wrote back to tell me to find a new primary care doctor because Dr. Cruz would not be seeing me again. And then they continued on; Quote: After recent discussion with Dr. Cruz about the recent portal message you sent in to us, he has decided that it is best for you to seek a primary care doctor elsewhere. And, we are suggesting that you find one outside of the Intercoastal Medical Group, since we do not tolerate these type of responses to our medical assisting staff members, or physicians. Attached to this message is a signed copy of the discharge letter, that will also be coming to you in the mail by certified letter. (unquote) They actually told me I should look for a Dr. outside of Intercostal MG. Now Dr. Cruz has only been my PC for about 60 days and I have seen 5 other doctors in the group, to suggest that because they didn't like the wording in my portal message that I should find another group, outrageous! That is bold and arrogant and I'm not sure the management of Intercoastal would agree. They loaded me up with cardiac tests but couldn't prescribe a drug that keeps the blood flowing. This seems more instigated by the office staff than Dr. Cruz, as new Dr. here I would think the idea is to grow the patients not shrink them. *I'm also hoping to talk to Corporate about this office!
