James refuses to do anything about the poor parking situation at the building causing my car to be damaged by other tenants and even less about the tenant that continues to allow her dog to use the back yard as its personal bathroom. My back porch is unsafe and unstable and this has been brought to James' attention on a number of occasions with zero action taken. James has very poor management skills as a "property manager" and is a discriminatory real estate agent who will certainly have a lawsuit against him soon.
