My personal rep from Ergeon was Lhacya was extremely helpful and personable, explaining the process in detail. I was comfortable reaching out to her at anytime and she didn't keep me waiting long for a reply. Lhacya gave me the option to have a person come to the house to see the existing fence and visibly see where the new fence would go, but there was an availability problem getting a person to come out. Lhacya was very resourceful in that she linked me up with Google Meet and used video on my phone to see the fence as I walked alone side it. I had her busy giving me different quotes for different types of wood, and she delivered. She was great to work with. Compared to other companies, they gave me a very reasonable price and Peter (customer specialist) worked with me through the designing of my new fence. I appreciated the process of seeing the different options on their website and the patience from Peter in helping me get the look that I wanted while staying within my budget. Once I approved of the design and estimate, the project manager, Jose, communicated with me to schedule the work and go over any additional details in the building process. On the day of the installation, there was a bit of confusion from the workers about what need to get done but Jose was able to clear up the confusion, and get the work done without any delay. I was going around getting quotes on a privacy fence in my backyard that came down after the crazy weather we had been having. I sent in a request late at night and by the next morning I was contacted by Alan Gurd. I was surprised that within 15 mins of our phone call we were on a zoom call inspecting the fence and building the quote. I really like the convenience of being able to do it over video call. I would pre measure ahead of time, google maps is not always very accurate but it is pretty close and Alan was upfront about that to, just food for thought. I requested an estimate via the online process a little after 8:00 am, by 8:50 am I received a text acknowledging my request with an aerial shot of my property, a very interactive text exchange led me to a video conference with Angelica, and by 2:45 pm I signed my contract all from the comfort and convenience of home.
