Shaky work. Quality and skill of work is ametuer. 1. Iron gate alignment issues. 2. Poor measurements. 3. Workmanship flaws, see photos 4. Screwing wood posts into iron gate. 5. Felt threatened for non-payment, due to job unfinished or incomplete to satisfactory level. 6. So many attempts to resolve issues, but also causing more issues. They were nice people, but I can not leave without pointing out the flaws that I believe should have been easily picked up or thought about before attempting. Seemed great at consultation but after signing the contract it was all poor quality and having to argue at every step for a decent fence. Almost a year later and I wish we'd never met Justino or wasted the money on him. Nails and screws sticking out and boards weathering after less than a year despite being sealed twice. Justino and his crew are all real nice,friendly, and respectable but I wasn't paying for a friendship, I was paying over $5,000 for a fence. We have all heard of measure twice cut once, I don't think they measure at all, and there was an excuse for everything. Job was to take 3 days, they did it in 2 and came back twice to try and fix what wasn't right. What really topped it off is when I noticed after I paid that the cement they jackhammered from my yard and the left over used to set posts was discarded across the street on my neighbors property. Wanted to really like this company and outcome but was let down. The owner, Justino is nice but that didn't get us quality work like we were hoping. We had Top Choice Fencing do an RV Access gate for us. The outcome was that they got black paint on our house, the paint on the frame was chipped/chipping off from the moment they finished the job and the frame is uneven in the back (not lined up in some areas).
