Overall, we had a great experience with Ergeon from quote to close out with payment. We had called 4 other contractors before we found Ergeon to get quotes on fence repair and all of the others had been rude, unresponsive, and/ or dismissive once they heard it was about a repair and not a complete replacement. Troy was our customer service specialist that reached out after we filled out the online request firm for a quote. My mom sometimes has a hard time hearing on the phone if the person speaks too quickly, but Troy was patient. He explained everything that they would do every step of the way so we understood what we were paying for and what to expect throughout the process. He answered all of my mom's questions and was responsive when she reached out later as a follow up on timing. Troy had good customer service. Jorge Torres was the next person we worked with in the process. He kept us informed on timing so we knew when to plan on having someone home at both houses (our fence is shared with our neighbor). He sent a follow up email after our initial conversation and each call after that so we had everything in writing. He shared his contact information and schedule to know when he was available for calls if any other questions or concerns came up. He reiterated the next steps in the process including how they were going to obtain the necessary permits. Jorge also had good customer service. Elias Sandoval was our installer. He came over to do the pre-installation inspection and to mark the property. He arrived early and was quick to do what he needed to do. He was friendly and answered questions my mom had. When he came back to do the installation, he was able to complete the job early which was great because our neighbor had to set up for a party that afternoon. He cleaned up after the job completion and everything looked great. We had a great team and a great experience. We'll definitely use Ergeon again if we ever need more work on our fence done. read more

This team of ERGEAON professionals have turned my sun weathered, termite eaten, 35 year old wooden fence and gate into a new sleek white vinyl fence and gate for which the Termites can Get a Better Dental Plan cause they ain't gonna be chewing up my fence any longer. No more critter chewing, no more sun beating, no more dry rot due to excessive rain or watering. The tougher material just may keep the neighbor's dogs from making holes in the old wooden fence with their big ole' heads. From the beginning and throughout, the fence replacement process was streamlined, prompt and professional. Rafael scheduled an online meeting and viewed the job from my phone's camera. He was very helpful in answering my questions and setting up the on-site estimators to take measurements and he got things rolling as we came to an agreement. Then Rey was assigned as the Project Manager and he handled the details with on-site inspections, pulling permits and taking the job from concept to completion. The ERGEON team was great with keeping me informed of what was taking place ahead of each milestone. If at times Rafael or Rey were unavailable for my questions, the team would ensure Rafael or Rey would call back as soon as they became available. What excellent follow through! Maria was great. She walked me through the process step by step making it very easy. Even with all the hiccups, and there were a few, Maria would constantly reach out to ensure everything remained smooth. The work was scheduled quickly to help resolve my situation, which I greatly appreciated. And even when the crew was not able to make it on-site in time to complete the work that day (in CA we all recognize this can happen due to traffic delays, etc), Maria was prompt to respond and ensure the crew would remain scheduled until the work was completed. Even the project manager, Rogelio, remained in contact when he took the day off. There were some technical glitches--phone numbers provided for the responsible parties were not routing correctly, the scope we reviewed together did not print out correctly from the software (and we all missed it initially) -- but Maria, Rogelio, and crew all remained flexible throughout, immediately corrected scope, and ensured a quality product was installed. Cannot tell you how pleased I am with the result. The crew will be back to stain and seal in the future, and I look forward to working with Ergeon on the next future project. Great experience from Ergeon for our vinyl fence install. They were recommended by Home Advisor, and every step of the project went as smooth as I could have hoped.Things started with a video call with Alejandro Gomez where he requested I filmed the location of where the fence was to be built, with as much information as I could provide as to the existing fence and what its removal would entail. This lead to a quote that landed right where my research showed it should, and was very comprehensive and detailed, both for the demo phase and the construction phase, with every possible detail itemized and priced. No surprise. Once we accepted the quote, we were assigned Andrew Ortiz to manage the project, and he saw us through the whole thing very professionally. Any questions we had or issue we uncovered was answered promptly and clearly. It was a few weeks between the quote acceptance and t its execution. The crew arrived with all the pieces, and the whole thing, demo and construction, was done in a day. During recent rainstorms, my wooden fence split and was falling over. I needed a replacement quick! I recieved the estimate from Ergeon during a facetime call which surprisingly to me, was much more detailed, convenient and reasonable than all the estimates I got in person from other companies. The workers were here on the day scheduled and on time. Very friendly and professional! The fence is BEAUTIFUL and very sturdy. I was worried about that as it had rained so much...but they set the post deep and nothing was rocking! My neighbor called me as they were finishing it up to tell me how nice it looked .. Yesterday someone who was fixing a leak in my roof took the time to comment and admire my fence walking its full scale from gate to gate. He wasnt just being friendly, he was impressed. When I say " when it rains, it pours" I am NOT kidding. But moments like this in life are made a little easier when you find a company that delivers on everything they say they can do. Parts of old front and back fences on my mom's house were falling over and needed replacement. Hard to get contractors at this time, particularly for a small project. Ergeon responded promptly and professionally. We went over what I needed done, told me what they could do and provided me with a written quote (Always warry of a "contractor" who won't give a written quote). Upon acceptance of the bid, the project manager Jorge got everything set up for the work to be done. He kept in communication with me throughout the whole project. Several days before the scheduled date I got Covid. Jorge arranged for a new date, which worked without a problem as I was no longer testing positive or under isolation. On the new date, the workers showed up right at the time they were scheduled. I appreciate that they checked with me before and during the work to make sure that what was installed matched what I wanted. I'm still in the beginning stages. I would like to say that the process has gone really smooth. I was assigned to Oscar. He has made the initial process great. I called, was scheduled an appointment. I thought that they made a visit to your home. What was amazing was that it was by video. During the appointment, I went outside to the location of the new fence to let him view the area. He stated that everything look simple. During the videoconference, I was given a link with a quote and a satellite picture of the house and red line as to where the fence would be placed. The process is seemless. I know am just waiting the 3.5 weeks for install. You are given a variety of ways to pay. Your card is not charged until the work is completed. I would say if you use them, which you should. Do bank transfer as there is no additional charge. There is a charge for Credit Card and Check. They do not accept CASH... Looking forward to my new fence. I forgot to mention that the price was in my budget. We had looked into doing the work ourselves, but this way we can kick back. We makes me happy. read more

I start up and say look people if African-American or anything is black do not go to fencing they are so disrespectful. They are racist. I don't have so many problems with them since I've been on my charging me $13,000 and I can't even get what I was lying to me talking have a 3 foot fence in the front and I'm like that's not true. I'm not gonna have a 4 foot fence that's the limit the law limit they want to try to give me a 3 foot fence. Thought I wasn't gonna say you know I have two little puppies they just I've been arguing back-and-forth with them. They disrespectful they for sure disrespectful and I suggest anybody African-American do not go and spend that kind of money. Find you a handyman and put it up. Wow! We are absolutely thrilled about the newly installed vinyl fence and gates recently completed by Ergeon! We had a drive-through gate put in for our driveway and on the other side of the house, we had a walk-through gate, fencing and another drive-through gate installed. The entire job was completed in ONE DAY and looks spectacular! The installers did a great job and left the areas in perfect condition and washed down all the fences before they packed up. Due to a slight elevation of our property, the fence has one step down and it looks great. Everyone I had contact with in this company-from the initial contact, the job supervisors and the workers- were respectful and listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions! Ergeon was one of two companies we called to replace the wooden fence along our side property line. George was on time to our property to inspect the site and was very professional. We received a quote 3 days later from Adrian with renderings and pictures of similar fences. Due to the fact that it is a shared property line (and shared cost) there was a long delay on our part to reach a decision with our neighbors. Our neighbors got quotes from two other contractors. Adrian was incredibly patient and regularly checked in with us and answered any questions we had along the way. Ultimately, we have decided to go with Ergeon; other contractors moved on and never checked back to see if we had questions or were still interested. Adrian was our lead in the design phase and did a great job of getting us to the point of proceeding. He wasn't pushy and we went over what I wanted by phone and then by a video call. I received a reasonable bid and then was in contact with the Project Manager Jorge Torres who continued the excellent service. He was thorough and followed up with phone calls and emails to let me know each step we needed to go through till the project was done. I appreciated the care he took knowing that this was important to us that we receive a nice looking fence. Ergeon has kept good communication with me throughout this fencing project. The first contact included assistance from Ergeon to clarify what I needed to replace an old fence. They helped me to send a video showing the poor state of my old fence and indicated the video would help them put together a plan for the new fence. Once the plan was put together and agreed to, the project manager contacted me and informed me of what they would do next and established a time frame to complete the project. The project manager worked with me to adjust the dates for working on the fence. The installation crew answered my questions and responded to my request for small adjustments where I wanted.
