I have searched for a fencing contractor for the last time! I don't know how I was so lucky to find Ergeon in my Google search, but they are my fencing contractor now for life! They were amazing in EVERY aspect of the project, from initial contact through the post-install interview. They stayed in contact with me at all times, allowed me to change the install date when the original date became impossible for me. They had the utility vendors verify the safety of the proposed dig. They had a pre-install visit to the site. The installers were on time and did an excellent job at a difficult site. They conducted a post-install video on Google Meeting with me. They were simply amazing in EVERY aspect of the project! read more

I'm not going to give a 1-star review. I should, but I won't because I know these companies will use it against the people that tried to help fix a situation and not take accountability for the way they've set up the business. This company lacks proper management and here's why: The sales team did a great Job. Things went downhill from there. There was no supervision whatsoever. The installers came in blindly doing what they're told without quality control. The Project Manager is off-site and there is no one that managed on-site. They broke concrete and apparently was not responsible to replace what they broke. I mentioned it to them, they told me to call the Project Manager. By the time it circled back, they had already concreted posts above the broken concrete - and now were told to fix the concrete. They poured instant concrete mix through a 2 inch gap and used my hose attachment as a stir stick (need a new one as it's leaking everywhere now) They installed a heavily damaged vinyl post - mentioned it to them before they concreted the post but by the time it circled back, they concreted the post in. Dented vinyl panels, unscrewed posts and a dented vinyl gate (which if I didn't come home from work to check in on them, it wouldn't have been replaced). Here's the thing: I paid premium so that I can be hands off. So that I knew there was someone there I trusted that would look through the job the way I would. The level of work I got was less than what I could've hired from an unlicensed company. Jorge, the Project Manager, did as good of a job as he could remotely. He was responsive to my calls and texts throughout. David, the Regional Manager, was great on the last day - I wish he, or someone like him, was present throughout the process. Instead... some guy named Fernando showed up introducing himself as the onsite guy to trust then went MIA - and his "right hand man" was arguing with me when I was pointing things out instead of trying to make it right. I did not have to take two days off from work and spend my daughter's birthday outside monitoring these guys when all I was told was "we just need you for the initial walk through and final walkthrough" Oh, and lastly... It's not right to "charge extra" if the weeds aren't cleared and given a 2ft clearance. Especially when I did clear the weeds, gave a 2ft clearance only to have my plants 3-4ft away get stepped on. read more

She answered all of my questions and I ask a lot of questions. She was always polite and got right back to me. I had many time restraints and he was able to work through all of them, including weekends. My project then got assigned to Jorge the project manager.. Both men were amazing.
