I I brought a computer that should have been thrown away to Eric because it was a really old Apple. I took it there for a friend. Eric was able to do a quick diagnosis and tell me that one of the ports on it had gotten wet and that's why it wouldn't turn on. My friend Megan was super thrilled with the low price and the fact that he had it fixed within four hours for same day pickup. I highly recommend Eric to anybody that needs computer work. My desk top computer seemed too slow and my laptop is old. I was getting numerous pop-ups as well as reminders to update. Since I know little about those functions I called Eric. He came to the house to check both computers, clear out what I didn't need, and did the updates. He didn't use his tech lingo and talked to me about my computers in a language I understood.
