So either I go to Tmobile, or download an app. I told him Nick told me they would do it, and he said Nick was new and didn't know anything yet. Align was rude and I will never ever go back there again. I now have a cell phone that still has the same issue and I invested $98. on a battery for a phone that was not fixed.

He was also in the process of closing but helped me anyway. He went over and above what anyone would do in this scenario.
