Dr. Haim's care was excellent, along with that of his assistant Sarah. In the past, I had always had problems with novacaine not being directed in the correct location and lack of care from previous practitioners. Dr. Haim's fixed my tooth, with no issues at all, and recommended me back for a cleaning (a fear of mine that kept me out of a dentist's office for a couple of years). I was easily scheduled by Joanne (so warm, welcoming and accommodating) and had a cleaning a few weeks later with Mira. All went smoothly, with x-rays showing some work needed on other old fillings. Once again, I was scheduled easily and my appointment went smoothly. I am so excited that I now have a dentist close by to count on that cares about patients and his staff being so incredible as well.

Neville, the main hygienist is thorough, thoughtful and friendly. A visit to see him is pain-free, generally less than 30 minutes and oftentimes is one of the better dental visits I've had. I haven't had any major procedures outside of routine cleanings but would highly recommend Connecticut East Dental Center. They're quick and thorough. He did not check to make sure I was numb before starting. He did not say when he was going to put the shot in. When I brought it up he brushed it off. The speed of the main drill was insane.
