At my initial consultation I met with Dr Rolotti, he took his time explaining the entire process, covering worst case as well as best case scenarios and never made me feel rushed at all when answering my questions. Did not schedule second cleaning until recently (after I got fully vaccinated for Covin 19) New owner James McGrath DMD said I did not get both cleaning within 1 year and forfeited my second cleaning. Yes I did mention the world wide pandemic, lock-downs, CDC warning not to do any elected medical procedure (teeth cleaning) But he still refused to provide the service I paid for.
