The other house was very straight forward. Robert came and assessed both houses, explained what his process entailed, and sent me a quote. Robert was the ONLY painter that could see even tho the cottage was less square footage, it needed the most in prep. The front and back porches needed the paint to be scraped on the railings, then sanded, and primed.
