John was one of the only Painter's who answered his phone in a professional manner. He came out right on time, was great and gave us a laugh. He gave us an estimate that was reasonable and what turned out to be a value for the work preformed. The color John recommended was prefect and just what we wanted. He had houses for us to look at that had the same color so we knew what it was going to look like before they started. His team was professional and got the job done fast. They did repairs that were not in the contract and didn't charge extra for them. Law's Painting does a great job. This is the second time we we have used them for exterior painting in eight years. We used the same original colors and they matched them well. How could they do better? The crew that showed up on the first day were hardworking and professional but were unaware of the totality of the paint job. They thought they were through when only about half done according to the contract; they returned the next day to complete their work. The owner would do well to be on site the first day and walk them trough what is contracted to do. Other than that minor issue, I would strongly recommend them for exterior home painting. read more

I must say that normally I don't rave about prep work - I certainly don't look forward to it myself. It took a week, and you'd think we'd be crying 'c'mon, let's get to the painting!'. No. Our house was made from lath-and-plaster (stucco from the '30's - '40's) which has cracked a lot in the 80 years since it was built. It TOOK A WEEK to patch all the cracks!
