Eric is simply the greatest sales trainer there is. I have been studying sales since 2002 and Eric knows what he is talking about! I absolutely LOVE his approach to sales = Sales is Service. I feel that's the missing message from so many other sales trainings. He first works the mindset aspect, help me understand that I'm worth, and a lot that hold us back is the story we tell to ourselves, so if we lack confident on something, we have to change that story and take action by constantly practicing or doing repetition.
