My 14yo had to have an unexpected root canal. He knew it was more than just a filling so he was pretty nervous. I played it cool. Making the appointment was very easy, and the staff was very helpful. This is my thrid visit to Dr. Bramy. The first was for a root canal. I'm no stranger to root canals, but I was new to the area. My dentist recommended Dr. Bramy and I quickly found out why. He and his staff are professional, informative, and kind! I have some anxiety towards root canals because I had a bad experience years ago. Dr. Bramy ensured me I'd feel no pain and patiently explained the procedure before he started. I was done within an hour and there were no issues. The second visit was what my dentist (and I) thought was going to be another root canal about a year later. Dr. Bramy uses state of the art equipment and after doing the scans, assured me my tooth did not need a root canal. I can't tell you not only how relieved I was, but mostly how much I appreciated his sincere honesty! Fast forward to yesterday: I saw Dr. Bramy a few weeks ago and indeed did need another root canal. The soonest they could get me in was a few weeks later. A few days ago I called and explained the constant pain I was experiencing, so I was put on a cancellation list. Christy from Dr. Bramy's office called yesterday and said they could get me in that day. Dr. Bramy started with the usual numbing procedure, and came back 15 minutes later to check and see how I felt. My tooth still hurt, so he administered more. Again, 15 minutes went by and the tooth still hurt, so he gave me more. Fifteen minutes later, it was better but he will not start until you can feel no pain and I especially appreciate that! He then did some different kind of numbing procedure. That almost did it, but again, he isn't satisfied until you are completely numb. The last one finally did the trick. I want to emphasize, I didn't feel rushed at all. He also never expressed frustration, only patience and kindness. His assitant was also so comapssionate. The roots on this molar were difficult to get to but Dr. Bramy and his assitant worked flawlessly together. They also do another scan after the prodedure to make sure it was successfully completed. Age Discrimination - It may say DDS but when it comes to picking and choosing who he performs surgery on, he is unprofessional as they come. Their communication is poor, etiquette subpar, and staff is uncaring. Dr. Bramy is rude and you will see in his response to this how petty he is by not taking care ownership and putting blame on patient. read more

Dr. Bramy and his staff provide a comfortable environment and top notch service. He is so good at what he does that it's remarkable. My experience here completely eased me of any fears I had of getting a root canal. It was painless. I was amazed how easy it was (for me) when it was over. Dr. Bramy has done two root canals on me over the years. My wife has had one or two as well with Dr. Bramy. He comes highly recommended and it is well deserved. I had a crown put on a tooth without a root canal. After a few weeks the tooth started hurting really bad. I called several Endodonist offices. However, none could see me until a few days down the road - until, I called Dr. Bramy's office. Tammi answered the phone. She asked me how much pain I was in. There was a short pause and then she said quietly, we need to get you in. It was like she felt my pain through the phone. Tammi scheduled an appointment a few hours away. Dr. Bramy did the root canal 5 days ago and all most all the tooth sensitivity and pain is gone. Robin's kind upbeat and positive demeanor made me feel like I was in good hands as she prep me and assisted Dr. Bramy during the procedure. This review is for service received last August 2016 I drafted the response and waited but should have posted. Not a good experience. Earliest appointment was two weeks out but I took a cancellation to get in sooner. I am fearful of dentists in general although my regular dentist Doctor Lee Brown is amazing. Feel panicky and like I am suffocating. Had pain with the procedure and was chided for needing to spit during procedure. "You swallow your spit everyday." Does not seem to understand the fear. I paid $40 for nitrous to control the panic and pain but spent what seemed like and eternity trembling in panic with tears running down my face. My tooth is hurting right now and I would have had a more terrible infection if I had not returned to my dentist earlier this week for antibiotics. I wound up having to do 3 rounds of antibiotics and my face swelled horribly. It was so frightening I went to the ER. I will never have another root canal especially by him. read more

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Bramy to anyone requiring these services and did in fact refer a friend, who was very pleased with her experience. I first saw Dr. Bramy 18 or so years ago after my Dentist-Steve Pick, referred me to him for a root canal. Things went perfectly. A few months ago, I had issues with another root canal (not the fault of the doctor who did it) and I again was referred to Dr. Bramy who resolved the issue yesterday. The staff is caring and friendly, Dr. Bramy has a top flight demeanor, clearly explaining the procedure and what needs to be done and so forth. I highly recommend his office. read more

Scammers and crooks!!!! I spoke with their office and they assured me they took my insurance plan. After my procedure, the office lady pulled my insurance up on the screen and showed me what I owed, I paid and left. One month later I get a bill in the mail from them stating my insurance does not cover the procedure. I called the office back and she told me "they make sure to tell everyone that whatever their insurance doesn't cover they will get billed for". My advice is to call your insurance before going to them to make sure you are covered since the Bramy office will lie straight to your face. read more
