Pagnotto told me to count to 3 for the injection and there would be no more pain and he was right.

My family has been coming to this clinic for almost ten years now. We love how personable and…read moreattentive Dr. Charity Barth and her staff to our care. We switched insurance several times, but we are lucky that her clinic accepts all our insurance. I also heard that she accepts Medicaid insurance, you have to make sure first they accept it before starting care. The clinic is clean, has a waiting room even a little area for small children and plenty of parking. At the back- there's plenty of spaces or cubicles to accommodate patients. There's plenty of staff to see to your needs so there's not a lot time waiting. While waiting, there's a television in the room to entertain a patient. I also like that they have office hours on some Saturdays, it's well suited to our needs since we all work Mondays to Fridays. Since I've been coming here I only saw Dr. Barth. I think she is the only one who practices in this clinic. I like the consistency of having the same dentist as much as I can since Dr. Barth seemed she can build rapport and quality care to all her patients.

I've been to a few dentists in the area and none of them come close to Dr. Barth. I've been needing…read moresome work done on a particular bottom tooth that has been giving me problems. Everywhere I've been to says I needed to see an oral surgeon to get it removed. She took it out on my first visit and was very helpful with a plan to get me on the right track and the process was 100% pain free. I will continue to come to this location and recommend others to do so as well!

Dentures came back within a week. Four days later had all my teeth extracted was never explained what was going on during the procedure never had my mouth stitched up except for at the top then the teeth after being stitched were removed then they immediately put the dentures in which wasn't explained to me. I was in too much pain to leave then Dr Jacobs left the room at the end of the procedure three different times comes in at the end doesn't explain anything before I leave doesn't leave me with any type of information on how to after-care packet. Anything of the shorts doesn't call me to ask me how I'm doing nothing they know I was very upset upon leaving. I go back four days later to adjustments takes three hours to adjust. Put them in my mouth never once offers me a mirror I leave get home and literally my teeth look like my dentures. I should say look like out of a Halloween costume shop right then I get home and the teeth are non-functional. I literally have no space to drink or eat. My gums are so sore from within the eight days of all this going on the adjusting the dentures in and out in and out selling this part chipping that part and they still are so huge the upper dentures that I look like Bucky Beaver keep in mind my daughter's graduation is the next day then I find out to the insurance company that not only did the insurance company pay for these dentures but then they also financed me also so they double dipped I wouldn't recommend this place to pull my dogs teeth please beware of this place as the office staff everyone else that I've read their reviews they are correct. Julie rolled her eyes and act better than everyone especially when you're not even directing your questions toward her the only person there that is very helpful is Kelly Kelly's a sweetheart Dr Jacobs he's more worried about politics. It's just truly a shame just a total rip off completely please do not go there if I would've read these reviews beforehand I definitely would've never went through all this pain and suffer. It's just truly a shame. Shame on you Dr Jacobs shame on you now I'm still waiting to be refunded money that I've put down, I had to shut down my bank account so they could not take out the financing part now. I have to wait 60 days for the money that they charge my insurance company to be refunded. I have to find another dentist to get dentures and I'll have to walk around for 60 days with no teeth how embarrassing worst part all this was done for my daughter's graduation. I have to go embarrass myself and embarrass her but you know what matters at the end my daughter's dead mother all that matters is that you were there. The sad part is that Dr Jacobs was aware of all this he looked at me he seen he knew my situation. He knew my daughter's graduation was coming. This is why I was doing this. The good thing about it is that my daughter said all that matters. If you were there for my graduation mom he didn't care that I looked like I just walked out of a Halloween costume shop but that's his work. He should take pride in his work instead all he cared that he was getting paid and he actually tried to get paid twice. How sad shame on you Dr Jacobs no wonder you didn't offer me a m
