David Thoman did not return phone calls or emails. He was supposed to write and submit documents to the court that would hold up my case but never submitted them. My lawyer sent a decree to him and after a week with no word from him my lawyer had to call him and he didn't even know she had sent him anything, even though it was sent to his email. read more

Very hard to get ahold of them for updates on my case, and interactions aren't always pleasant. They also change breakdown amounts - tell you one thing, then when you get your check the amounts are different. Not in my favor. Never again. Rude and incompetent. My mother needed their help with my elderly grandmother. They messed up a document and then wouldn't fix it. Repeatedly she called to have it addressed but was constantly told no one was available to help her. After three months she decided to drop it since it was going no where. There was never an attempt to correct the issue, attitude every time she called, and no one ever once apologized. This place doesn't even know you can't WRITE WITH PEN over a legal document (thus making it void). They have zero concern for their clients either since they don't bother to call back or make amends for their errors. Don't waste your time here, they won't care about you or your needs. read more

I went in they were welcoming and then they told me that I could take a seat to wait that it would only be a little while. After and an hour in a half passed, I asked how long more it will take and they said a couple more minutes. Went back to take a seat. Another hour passed and I asked again they told me they were just finishing up something. Lastly, 4 hours of waiting I was tired and hungry so I got up and left. An hour later they called me because they saw I was not there (can not believe it took them an hour). We had an appointment for a consultation at 1:30 and were there at 1:15 didn't get seen till 2:10. The receptionist never told us that the lawyer was running late or even gave us an estimate on how long we would wait. But she sure as hell did take those $45 before we even saw the lawyer. Best part of it all is that when the lawyer is finally ready to see you he tells you who can and can't go in to the consultation with you even though they are part of your family, he basically told us that there was nothing he could do and we were out of his office in less than 8 mins. $45 for 8 damn minutes, he's a joke. read more

I was Eric Palacios Associates for 4 years. The first time it was great no issues. The 2nd time they gave send me someone else files my card was lost. But yes they go the job done. 3rd time they send my documents late making me not working for 2 weeks. But they got the job done. When it was time to rehired them I called asked them if the could accommodate my need they claimed they had told me on January that they called me when it was me who called them. The case manager said yes. I would never wasted my time if they would've told me no! But when I called 4-15 they did not had the audacity to drop me "not move forward with my case". Eric Palacios Associates sucks with customers service. Pretty sure they will write back because no place wants to hear a bad review but please stop! If I could give a negative star I would. I honestly never write reviews but I had a horrible experience with this law office. I was hit by a woman who ran a red light and went to Eric's office in hope that they would take care of my needs. Nelson was assigned to my case. The entire time they were on my case I could never reach Nelson nor his assistant. They were always busy or not at the office. I would leave my name and a message with the front fest to contact me back and they never would. At one point when I did get whole of his assistant Jasmine, and she told me it would be 3-7 days till my hospital bills came in. Two weeks later after trying to reach them several times I received a text message from Nelson saying the same thing his assistant told me would be done two weeks ago. Finally when I got in contact with Nelson himself I told him he had made this experience horrible for me and had done nothing to help. He had nothing to say other than I'm sorry u feel that way. From that moment all the way to the end of my case I never heard from Nelson himself again. All the way at the end I did hear from another assistant who's name was jessica. Who came out of nowhere. I expressed to here the troubles I've been through with this office and she actually showed concern. I'm not sure why it took so long for Nelson to gave jessica assist me but she was the only helpful person at this law office. I would never recommend anyone goes here for any of their needs by any means. read more

This firm targets latinos who are more likely to be passive on the horrible settlements they give out. if you use there chiropractor it's a joke and they charge you massively from your settlement for practically doing absolutely nothing! you will never meet eric palacio you will always be directed to his associates who do not process your case in a timely manner. I've had cases where I've asked for call backs and never received which is serious enough to file complaints to the state Bar of nevada. This is a poor excuse for a law firm. I had my first accident in October of 2013 didn't know what to do so of coarse I was dumb and gave this place my case! It is now March 2015 and I have yet to receive my settlement offer which by the way was ridiculous. My offer is not why I am writing this review because money never had anything to do with it, I want to actually help people out. When you are in an accident you want someone to help you out and be your voice for these insurance companies and this company does not do this at all. Never answering your phone calls and never calling back even if you leave millions of messages I feel like is super normal in all big firms. I feel like when I call no one knows where my file is so they bullshit there way through the phone call and tell me the exact same thing they told me last time I called which is weeks ago at a time. I would like to give NO STARS... Do yourself a favor STAY CLEAR. I was referred to him by a family member who had never dealt with him but she knew he was an attorney. I was in 2 accidents over a year ago. It was impossible to get anyone from his office to return my call after the initial sign up. My "case representative" Nelson A. nor Attorney Eric P. would return phone calls, emails nor text messages. So here is my experience. * They do not return phone calls, emails nor text messages. * I was schedule for an in office deposition with Eric and when I arrived they told me he had another appointment so a "Jr." partner sat in and she did not know anything about the case. * They do not respond to medical providers. I know this because I received phone calls daily and now I am in collections. * They terminated doctors' appointments and did not notify me. I would find out when I would show for my scheduled appointment. When I called Nelson ( I had to leave a message, but he called back 3 days later) he said I do not want to run up doctors' bills that way you get more money back. * I paid out of pocket for all further treatments * I hired another attorney and they charged $700.00 to give them the file. * He is trying to place a lien on the case, which they did NOTHING on. I know they will finally respond to this saying they did everything possible so I have supporting documents for anyone who cares to see it. The funny part is they finally called me when they received a letter from my new attorney. read more

This law firm doesn't even deserve a star. The lawyers didn't show for court 2 times. The first time nobody knew where she was (Adriana White). The judge called her on her cellphone because nobody could find her. The 2nd time she sent somebody else. The lawyer had asked if I wanted to change my last name and they didn't put it on the divorce decree even thought the judge brought it up. They do a horrible job at everything. The only time they will call is to ask for payment. The other reviews are right. They never return your phone calls. You are better off going to a paralegal to fill out your papers and representing yourself than not being able to represent your self in court cuz you hired them.
