I used Mr. Perry to survey my property a few months back and showed up way past the time we were scheduled for. When he finished the survey he promised me that he will get me my map and do to the later evening time that he would be back to set my corners and this went a few weeks. I called and I texted him to follow up and got angry and told me that he been up late and that he will get me my map. He did send it to me but when I got it he misspelled my nam. You would think that being an experienced land surveyor would know this. He finally presented the maps to me and i took them to the county to review and it was denied because his issues. I addressed the issues with him and he assured me that he would correct and now it's been another three weeks with no return calls or text. I will not recommend him to anyone else. We paid Mr. Perry April 2022 to do an elevation certificate on our property because the county rezoned our property and it is now in a flood zone, it's been going on four months and he will not return our calls or respond to text messages at this point I just want the $450 I paid him to do the job he has not done back so I can actually get someone out here that will do it and have my certificate back to me within a couple weeks. I've been told multiple times he's just got to get it printed out and he will drop it off to me and he has yet to do so and now is ducking my calls. This is not very professional and I wasn't going to post any reviews as I know he's busy but 4 months is ridiculous I can't get power or water hooked up to my grandma's house without this and shes currently staying in a camper with an ac that doesnt work very well. Shes elderly and doesn't deserve to suffer because Mr. Perry will not get back to us.​ read more
