The first physician I worked with, Dr. Cummings, recommended starting conservatively with PRP and shockwave therapy. That treatment appeared to be effective--particularly in reducing tightness and scar tissue in my IT band. After that physician left the practice, my care transitioned to the primary doctor/owner, Dr. Mazzola. At that point, I was strongly encouraged to pursue stem cell therapy, which was presented as highly effective--particularly for healing tears and restoring function. Based on those discussions, I moved forward with the procedure, with the understanding that it could significantly improve my condition. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations. One year later, after stem cell therapy, following the post-treatment protocol, daily PT, and deep tissue massage, follow-up imaging has shown no improvement, and in some respects, my condition appears to have worsened. In addition, the treatment was very costly and not covered by insurance, making the lack of results especially difficult. I want to be clear that regenerative medicine is a developing field, and outcomes may vary. However, I believe it's important for patients to have a balanced understanding of the limitations, uncertainty, and variability of stem cell treatments, particularly given the financial investment involved. If you are considering this route, I would strongly encourage: Seeking multiple medical opinions Asking for evidence specific to your condition Carefully weighing expected outcomes against cost There may be value in some of the more conservative therapies offered, based on my earlier experience. But I would urge caution and thorough due diligence before proceeding with more advanced and expensive interventions.

He gave me cortisone shots in each wrist and less than 24 hours later, my symptoms are 95% gone. He explained what I needed to know and did a good job administering the shots. Hopefully the carpal tunnel doesn't come back but if it does, I will return here for whatever comes next. Would give 5 stars but the wait time was a little long. Waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Otherwise, I recommend Front Range Orthopedics!

He answered my questions incompletely and with condescension; I doubt he ever looked at my chart. I made an appointment for a follow-up in 6 weeks; I'll be cancelling. The waiting room was a mass of people; like cattle being taken to slaughter. I waited 45 minutes to see someone. Most of the staff was kind and gave great explanations. However, the last guy was a waste of space; my short-term parking placard form was incomplete and incorrect, so I have to return to the DMV to resubmit corrected forms, which I'll be getting from my own physical therapist (take a referral from them? No, thanks.) Trying to reach a human was impossible by phone. Worst. Medical. Service. Ever. Full stop.

I had a long list of health questions and possible ailments and she patiently listened to me and took the time to thoughtfully discuss everything I brought up. At one point she even pulled out a physician's encyclopedia-type book and showed me illustrations about a skin condition I've been struggling with. I left feeling empowered and had a newfound respect for medical professionals. After a trip to Belize, I went to urgent care twice and was ultimately hospitalized for a little bug bite on my back. I had half a dozen doctors look at the bite, and every one of them had a different prognosis. When I finally went to Dr. Charles to follow up after the hospital visit, she took one look at my bug bite and immediately knew what the culprit was. I was furious at the other docs that didn't listen when I told them I'd gone to Belize and had numerous mosquito bites. One of them even suggested it was an ingrown hair (highly unlikely and borderline insulting). I was so impressed that Dr. Charles immediately knew I had a botfly and a week later I was healthy, bug-free, and once again awestruck by her knowledge. Last but not least, Dr. Charles always remembers me as if we're good friends, recalling details of my personal life and asking me how I've been since we last met. For two years she said was new and to be patient with her so I was. I'd always gotten along beautifully with his staff. It wasn't her fault. It was him pushing higher copays.This annoyed him and he refused to treat me that day. He said he was no longer familiar with my back and he couldn't treat me. What if I'd been brand new and he'd never seen me? He couldn't treat me? I call this abandonment of care. He also at another appointment wanted to inject my forehead with Botox that would cost $900 that insurance would not cover and I'd need every 3 weeks. To relieve my pain all I needed was an adjustment. He talked me into Xyrem which gave me a psychotic episode I googled later and the first side effect said may cause death. It was obvious he no longer wanted me as a patient. He considers himself a Christian but he has too many children he's trying to support I'm afraid so he's pushing drugs he gets a kick back on and then the expensive Botox treatment. He's definitely changed from the caring doctor I was seeing in his early days. I'm sorry to say.

Dr Anderson and his team took great care of me from my initial consultation all the way through post op on my first leg. I am scheduled to have my other leg done this week and looking forward to similar results. I am hopeful that during the 90 day healing period my restless leg syndrome will be completely reversed or close to being completely reversed. He…read moreovercharged my insurance company for my appointments without ever providing me any statement or receipts for the treatment sessions for over 2 years, after which he claimed that I owed him more money, even though he had already received over triple the amount of what my treatment was going to cost - according to himself! At the start of my treatment, he had said that $2K would cover my treatment, then he found out that my insurance would cover up to $5K - which he charged them and got paid for. Then he claimed that I still owed him over $1,700. All in all, he got paid $6,800 for the same treatment that he had quoted me for $2K. He made me pay for my initial visit, and later I found out that he had charged my insurance for the same exact first visit. When I asked him about it, he agreed that he would reimburse me for that visit. However, to this day, with many back-and-forth emails, I have not received any payment. He just uses different excuses and plays games to avoid paying what he himself had agreed to. I do not trust Dr. Ray any longer. I will no longer get treatments from him nor will I refer anyone to him.

As soon as it gets hot he removes the laser and treats the next toe. The pain on a scale 1-10 is a 2 for one nano second if that.
