I went in for a sore throat and I wasn't even tested. The doctor looked at my throat and said "it looks like strep" and sent me home with antibiotics. After days of using antibiotics it didn't help so I saw someone else and they are making me get a covid test and said it's probably covid or mono. Never coming back here and never recommending it.

Saying she is not going back around the sick child because she is not getting sick. It was so horrible hearing and seeing them act that way in front of those waiting in the lobby. This is not a very quality place to find care. There is another one in berea and if all else fails do as I did leave and go to Richmond. Stay away from here if possible.
