I physically went to the location with the bill question and got no answers and the manager didn't call me as I was told she was. Also, good luck reaching them over the phone! It is impossible! Even when they do tests and tell us we will call back with the results they never do! Once again, every single time I have to go there in person to ask for it! Some doctors are awful as well, telling me mu child needs cough meds and I should take one over the counter, after I told her we already went through this and no one of the over the counter help, she sent the referral for meds to the pharmacy and guess what she prescribed, right, the meds over the counter already told her didn't work. We had to go back next day and pay for the visit again! As I said, sick and tired. Time to look for better location.

Kept super clean, well lit and organized, down to the temporary lockers to hold your stuff and temporary waiting areas. Staff was clear with directions/instructions and all things checking in/out, beginning to end. Would consider utilizing this location for any future imagery needs. They quickly send your pictures directly to your Langone portal test results area and were super clear. The tech quality of the images is better then I've received before at other locations. Thay have plenty of covered, but wide open garage parking and automatic doors, elevators, restrooms and such clearly marked making this location accessible for all.

I had a 3:15 PM appointment. I waited in the lobby until 4:15 PM with zero communication about any delays. I was brought into an exam room, had my vitals taken, and was left sitting there for another 30 minutes. At 4:45 PM, an hour and a half past my appointment time, I had to leave. The support staff here are excellent. Crystal was very helpful in setting everything up, and Cheryll at the front desk was compassionate, respectful, and apologetic as she processed the refund for my co-pay. Dr. Linzer, however, was incredibly unprofessional. While I was at the desk, she came out looking visibly agitated. Instead of apologizing for the massive delay, she abruptly demanded to know if I was leaving or wanted to be seen. When I told her I found the wait and the experience disrespectful, she immediately cut me off, cited "emergencies" in an aggressive tone, and quite literally stormed away. Given how I saw her handle this situation, displaying a complete lack of poise and compassion, I am truly glad I didn't receive any medical care from her. I would strongly encourage anyone considering using her as a physician to take that into account. Her time is not more valuable than her patients' time. If you want a doctor who treats you with basic professional courtesy and respects your schedule, look elsewhere.

Since it was a sunday they werent able to check the insurance so i paid upfront and was going to get a reversal payment Place is huge. Plenty of parking large clean waiting room. It is set back in the parking lot so it is hard to tell if it is open or not if you are just driving by I saw the PA. After hearing my concerns she examinee my nose. She was unsure it it was true sinus or a dermatlogy issue so She recommended some hot/cold compresses and also rx me an antibiotics if it doesnt improve for me to go to the ER. Two days later I called and told them my symptoms were worse and I think I needed an antibiotic. They told me that I needed to wait 10 days. I called back the next day and explained to them that I believed I had an infection based on the color and the amount of nasal discharge I was experiencing. I felt worse, despite using the netipot and over the counter cold meds. Again, I was told I needed to wait 10 days. I was so frustrated that I called an ENT in Melville and they took me immediately. I had a raging sinus infection and my right eardrum was very inflamed blocking it from opening and causing me muffled hearing. I was put on prednisone and an antibiotic. When the issue didn't resolve, I went to the ER at NYU Langone and they said everything was still very inflamed in the ear. They put me on another antibiotic and sent me to their team in Garden City. That ENT gave me steroid for the ear, told me to continue the antibiotic and has seen me several times to manage my blocked ear. It is now 9 weeks later and I still have Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. This all could have been avoided if that initial doctor at AFC would have let me come back each time (twice) I called to have them look at me again. A simple cold turned into a raging infection that has now left me with ETD. I will never go to another AFC. I knew something was wrong, but this doctor thought he knew better than me without re-checking me. I don't understand it, it was my dime. So unprofessional!

The young lady was very nice as she directed us to the right place. They are still very thorough with the covid check as the check temperature before going inside, give you hand sanitizer when coming in and ask you to use before leaving & of course everyone was wearing a mask. I think it's great and they are keeping a safe environment. My aunt and uncle had nothing but great things to say about their experience with Dr. Felicia Mersky They said she is very polite and soft spoken. They appreciated the patients that she had and strongly recommended her. The facility overall was clean and tidy.

Take note though that it has a limited number of patients they want to see on a given day so be in line ahead. We were there half hour before it's opening and the wait was long to checked in ( about hour) and another long wait( two hours) to be seen. The urgent care phone app helped in monitoring the relatively approximate time that could be entertained. The test was quick and got the result right away on short wait. I was disappointed that nobody knows even the office mgr of the advertised free merchandise promotion basing on the poster posted in the premises.
