The large picture windows that run the full length of the therapy area face a beautiful wooded area - that adds its own healing effect. Once inside, I'm directed to various stations to help me with my current balance issues. One of the treadmills is often the first stop. There's a great selection of video scenes in front of me as I walk. I feel like I'm on vacation. (A good attitude is therapeutic!). I also enjoy the variety of your musical selections.
