Called Ballard Electric again (on a Friday) because my garage car charger stopped working. They set…read morean appointment for today (Monday) and sent Victor and Peter out to troubleshoot. In the meantime, I had several placed to be over the weekend and ended up going to a public rapid charger to get enough power to make it to various appointments, but it was stressful as my battery was only at 40 miles. Peter and Victor discovered that the breaker switch needed to be replaced (which was what I suspected because it kept flipping to neutral rather than staying off or on). Victor said the breaker switch was a "Home Depot special" but a good one. However, they didn't have it on their truck and their usual suppliers didn't carry that model, so they needed to get it from Home Depot (HD). The HD by my house was out so they had to go to the next city over to pick one up. They were back in about an hour with the new switch and changed it out very quickly. I asked them about switching out some exterior lights, but told them that the garage car charger was the priority. Since it took so long to get the new switch (they didn't get back to the house until almost 5 p.m.), I called Kyle to set up a new date for them to come back and replace the lights on the outside of the house for me. Victor and another electrician will be back on Wednesday to replace seven exterior lights for me. Obviously, Ballard Electric is my go-to for all my electrical needs. Responsive, friendly, and reasonably priced.

They refused to back their workmanship and ghosted us. We didn't want to enter into a legal battle, so we elected to pay to have the damage fixed ourselves. Needless to say, our faith in contractors was a little shaken, so we were very careful about choosing a roofing company to do the repairs. Since the solar panels had to be removed and reinstalled to make the repairs, we wanted to hire one company that could do both. Axiom 360 is a roofing company and a solar installer, and they have exceptional Yelp reviews. Eric came out to look at our house and our solar setup to give us an estimate, and we were astonished when he saw that several of our panels were offline and fixed them for us on the spot. We hadn't even hired them yet! That sold us on the integrity and professionalism of the company, and we were very pleased at their competitive estimate. A team arrived only a week later, which is especially amazing since we are located in Heritage Ranch, about as far north in their service area as you can get. Eric kept in constant communication on every aspect of the process. He also checked our equipment settings to make sure we were getting the most out of our panels and batteries. The roofing crew worked efficiently and were respectful of our property, cleaning up at the end of each day. When the project was finished, all the construction materials were hauled away and it was as if they had never been here. The job was completely finished within two weeks of our first phone call. Justin has been great to work with throughout the project and to follow up to make sure we are happy with the work. We highly recommend Axiom 360 for their roofing and solar expertise, as well as their honesty and exceptional customer service.
