Jason came out and did a thorough inspection and found that there wasn't a problem with my drains. He explained that the type of drain stopper in my bathroom makes it slower to drain, and the kitchen was due to the disposal not running. He did a quick adjustment and got the disposal up and going again. I asked how much I owed and he said that there was no charge. I came here to leave the a well deserved five star review because it was the least I could do for the kindness shown. I am so unbelievably grateful that I went with A-List. As a newly single older lady who has no clue about house stuff, I am relieved to know I now have a trustworthy plumber to call when the need arises. We were concerned we were going to have to dig completely new drainage.
