Family owned on the sign peaked our interest. Reviews we read were mostly good. We took our Honda Odyssey in for an oil change and to have the cv axles replaced. Scheduling on line was easy. The front desk staff were friendly. Being that the work would take several hours they ordered a Lyft to take me home and offered one to bring me back when our van was ready. The work was completed at a fair price. There was no forceful attempt to up-sale. They seem to be honest. As of now we plan to use Collins Auto Care for our vehicle servicing needs! There seemed to be a steady stream of regulars whom the staff knew by name.

Came by the shop on March 13, 2023 to schedule an appointment. I completed a new customer form and was told it may be 30 days or so before I could bring it in. I was also told to email Todd the owner to let him know exactly what needed to be done and to schedule an appointment. I emailed Todd on March 14. Never heard back. On April 11, I sent a message via the shop's website. A couple days later, I received a response from Todd to let me know they had received the message and he would respond that week. Never received any response, and that was the last response I received. I am completing this review on July 23. You would think when driving across town to the shop to schedule an appointment, completing a new customer form and following the instructions they gave me that I would be able to get on an appointment list. Apparently not. I just assumed they had all of the business they needed, and certainly didn't want mine.
