While away on vacation my brakes started to make noise! I got on yelp and looked around. I came across E-Z auto repair called and he said he would be open on Saturday. Which a lot of places are not! Saturday morning I arrived around 830 Tony said he would fit me in. Around 10am I received a quote through text message which was great! I approved of the services and about 2 hours later my car was ready! Tony was very pleasant! I love great customer service After picking my car up, I could definitely tell a difference! I do not like leaving bad reviews. I feel obligated to share because I trust reviews of customers on Yelp and good reviews are what brought us to EZ Zone. We have used them for several years with several vehicles. EZ Zone does respond and communicate well with customers. They also do their work in an efficient amount of time. But this last time we took our son's vehicle, we were diagnosed with the need for a transmission replacement for $3k. We took the car for a 2nd opinion to another place we have used specifically for transmissions. There was nothing wrong with the transmission. It was a cracked muffler that was replaced for $150. Mistakes can happen, but that is a costly one. We lost out on $150 on a false diagnostic fee. read more

Rashad and Tony are not man of their word. When it was only a $3,829.94 to fix the issue with the turbocharger in my suv it turned out to be $9,621.52 at the dealership to fix what they broke and glued. They have been very shady about everything and blaming others for their f-ups. I am very disappointed in how they treated the situation. Literally swept my issue under the rug. Till this day no apology or better yet pay for at least half of what they broke and glued. I see Rashes comments to whoever gives him 5 stars but not to the ones that give him 1 star. My car was making a slow clicking type noise in the rear and my A/C would not blow cold. Talked with Tony, who has done awesome work on my husbands truck and told him what was happening. They are exceptional listeners and problem solvers!! They chased down the problem with my A/C and let me know a price before fixing it, by the way, it did not cost an arm and leg I am happy to say!! It turned up the rear noise I was hearing was a bearing fixing to go out and it was caught in time!! They also let me know I was fixing to need a brake job, that I had about 10% left on my pads and we got that done and taken care of as well. We really appreciate the job you do! Had my belts "redone" there and purchased a warranty. Not long after noticed squeaking and took it back. The man said "oh it is loose so I am going to take care of it with a new and smaller belt." A week later, my car starts grinding when turning. I had a friend look at it and the "new" belt is so worn that it's sad, it's cracking, and it's not even on the right way! Horrible experience with the gentleman sitting behind the desk. For starters, this establishment has fixed my vehicles before in the past to my satisfaction & I've even referred multiple family members to have their vehicles looked at. First, I took my vehicle in with the intentions to have it checked in, looked at, & fixed. When I pulled into the establishment parking lot, I noticed that the parking lot was full. The gentleman behind the desk informed me "were not taking in vehicles at the moment due to us being booked and busy". He expressed to me "if there was parking available in the parking lot I'd let you leave the car", "we are busy due to the back to school rush". I completely understood & informed him that I would bring the vehicle back another time when the mechanic shop wasn't busy. Today I passed by and noticed the shop wasn't too busy & that they was available parking within the lot. I parked my vehicle in a available parking space & proceeded into the shop to check my vehicle in. I walked through the door and was greeted by the gentleman behind the counter. I explained to him that I would like to check my vehicle in to get looked at and fixed. His first comment was "well we won't be able to look at it today". I informed him that it was perfectly fine & that I was in no rush to get the vehicle back & that I just wanted to go ahead and check the vehicle in so that it can be in rotation. He then expressed to me "well you will need to bring your vehicle back in throughout the night or another time to check it in because there is no parking available". I calmly informed the gentleman that there is parking available and that the vehicle is securely parked in a parking spot with the doors locked. The gentleman behind the counter expressed "your not listening to what I'm saying...you need to bring your vehicle back after hours and hope that you able to find a spot to get your vehicle checked in and leave your keys in the dropbox with a note in the car explaining what's going on with it". I informed him that during my first visit he told me that I couldn't check my vehicle in due to it not being a parking space available....and this time there is a parking space available & you now expect me to bring my car back another time. I 100% feel comfortable with brining my car back throughout the night hours & placing my keys within their Dropbox...especially when I can drop the vehicle off & place the keys within a employees hand who works at the establishment. Bottom line, I'm not going to beg a mechanic shop on multiple times to have my car looked at & I refuse to keep being disrespected and lied to. I'd much rather take my vehicle to the Ford dealership and pay triple the price! Polite customer service & honesty is key! read more

Very disappointed for the service at this location. Took my vehicle for a few things to include engine light on and other alerts. Paid a large amount of money and my vehicle still have the same issues. It's not about the money but the service and knowledge on vehicles. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Hopefully other customers don't run with the same luck. Now to find a good repair place that will know how to correct my vehicle issue. These guys are fabulous....not having lived in the area for sometime I didn't have a tech to service my mother in laws car. Service engine light came on and the car needed a once over to check it out. Not only did they resolve the check engine by replacing the oxygen sensor but found no other issues except the tires. They are simply the best....They are fast, accurate, reasonable and very kind and caring people.....They learn their customers by name....they feel your pain when the price to get your repairs done is a little bit more than you could afford. They have helped me out so much...one day my son had to get back to Austin for school and they was able to repair his car by going the extra mile and making it happen in the same day that we took the car in. I took my car there, after I was told by Advance Auto that I needed an alternator for my 2012 Nissan Versa. The shop found out the true problem was my battery, and charged me only as necessary for what was done to my car. Customer service was EXCEPTIONAL as I witnessed interaction with another customer while I waited.
