I had called 5 other car retailers and everyone was booked out until mid-January (very understandable because it's the holiday season). Lisa answered the phone and was extremely professional from start to finish. She understood the urgency of the situation, I would've had to drive for 3 hours from Harrisburg to New York City with the stench of vomit (ugh). She was able to squeeze me in and vacuum/shampoo/sanitize the back seat of the car. The actual shop is literally a small garage with a banner. There's plenty of parking and the entrance is an unmarked side door. The cost was extremely reasonable and Lisa completed the job within the promised timeframe. I am writing an updated review for a review I left this week. The manager after seeing my review…read morehas communicated very well with me to address my issues with items I purchased. Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order.
