Great service by the gentlemen cleaning, and they brought years of grime off the fence to make it look brand new! Very happy with my service from them, definitely recommend them and will go to them for any other cleaning needs! Very happy with the service provided!

They came out…read moreand told us that they would be a mediator for us for our insurance company and that they would take care of the ruined flooring. They also told us the would help us coordinate all of the repairs needed with our insurance company. When Certified Restoration came out to our house to remove the flooring they damaged a closet door and poked a hole in the ceiling of our garage. The damaged door was noticed immediately and pointed out to them. Photos of the damage were taken as well. However, the ceiling in the garage was not noticed until the next day. When we asked what would be done about the damage to the house, they told us that they didn't damage anything. They did finally admit to damaging the door and offered to fix it, but they refused to fix the hole in my garage ceiling. After they had gathered their equipment, they told us they would be in touch with us in the next few days regarding next steps. After we failed to here back from Certified Restoration, we actually got in touch with the flooring people ourselves. After a week or so of working with the flooring people and the insurance company ourselves, we finally contacted them about our damage door to determine what they planned to do about it. Larry finally reached out to us and told us that they didn't break anything, and refused to fix our door until we provided them with the photographic evidence of their damage. Larry's solution to his company's error was that we fix the damage ourselves (an expense of $600.00) and he would waive the $250.00 visit fee. This is a fee that he claimed the insurance company didn't cover (they did cover it). Obviously we declined this offer. Larry took the door with him and said he would fix it and bring it back. We didn't hear from him for over a week. When Larry finally returned the door to us he was extremely rude to my husband, used foul language towards my husband and implied that he was a liar. He told him that our home was crappy and all of our belongings were crappy and that's why the door broke. He then brought up the $250 visit fee again. I asked if he had run it through the insurance company and to provide me with their denial, because he had told my husband that he had ran it. He then told me that my "husband says a lot of things." I eventually had to go to my insurance company myself to find out that it was denied because he had coded it incorrectly. I am now finished with this company, and they have been paid in full. I want to warn others of what they are getting into.

I used to love the vibe and the service. Now, it's just a monthly money suck that I can't wait to get out of. I'm so disappointed to have lost a place I used to love to visit!

Although I checked in on time, I was not seen until around 9:30 a.m. During this period, nurse O appeared visibly overwhelmed and was repeatedly on the phone, which she stated was with the owner of the company and an individual from another store. Her distracted and frazzled demeanor immediately caused concern, particularly because I am anxious around needles and rely on staff professionalism to feel safe during IV treatments. My IV drip was started around 9:45 a.m. During this time, another guest had been waiting for approximately 45 minutes while nurse O continued troubleshooting equipment issues over the phone. When she eventually began administering his IV, the gentleman became extremely ill almost immediately. His reaction was severe enough that it appeared something had gone wrong with the IV placement. Despite this, emergency services were not contacted. Due to my own sensitivity to situations involving illness, I had to remove myself from the room. Approximately 15 minutes later, nurse O asked me to return to the room for her convenience. I asked whether the gentleman was still ill, and she assured me he was fine. Shortly afterward, another guest arrived for an IV. While attempting to start his IV, nurse O again appeared to struggle and called to the front desk for assistance. The guest began bleeding heavily during the process, which was alarming to witness. Additionally, I observed nurse O speak abruptly and dismissively to another woman who had come in with a question. The interaction was unprofessional and left the woman visibly uncomfortable. As a long‑time customer, I found the entire experience extremely concerning. The lack of organization, the apparent difficulty with basic IV administration, the absence of appropriate medical response, and the unprofessional communication created an environment that did not feel safe or trustworthy. As a result, of this incident and the month prior when I came in and had a young man giving me my IV drip, leaving my arm severely bruised for days I thought it was best for me to cancel my membership! I was considering returning due to it used to be a very calm atmosphere, but within the last two months and these two incidences, I have changed my mind! I believe it is important that you are aware of these issues, as they pose both safety and service concerns for your guests!

My husband and I came in to try the cryotherapy. We are a big believer in self-care and wellness so an easier option to cold plunges are a driver. Cryotherapy has been around since the 1800s, but was officially discovered by a Japanese rheumatologist in the 1970s. Cold therapy has been around for years, but being able to condense a treatment to 3 mins and help everything. I definitely wanted to try this. In addition to cryotherapy, we tried Restore's core services which include compression, red light therapy, and infrared sauna. The infrared sauna was one of my favorite core services especially since my husband and I could do this together. Most services you can do by yourself or with another person. After our first day, we signed up for a week of unlimited services. We wanted to evaluate the benefits with a week long of working out. We definitely saw an increase of energy, restful sleep, and better skin! Everyone at Restore is so kind and helpful! There was no pressure to purchase more or commit to a membership, which made me want to come back!
