We worked with one of their people out of Palm Beach County (Florida) on the basis of a recommendation for a home we were purchasing in North Carolina. Our representative was both inept and untruthful. On more than one occasion she kept requesting documentation that was previously provided her. She used old data to compute an outrageous closing check to pay off existing debt even though such debt was paid off in its entirety monthly. This was a concept she either could not comprehend or chose to disregard. As we crept to a potential closing date, she got involved with the loan processor which lead to more details and an internal fight between the two of them. I am not a newbie to house purchasing ads this was my 11th home bought. However, this was, by far, the single worst mortgage company I've ever dealt with. Movement Mortgage should rename itself--No Movement. That would accurately describe them.
