So I was at Firestone's there was a 10 minute wait to get to the service rep and then I was told the wait time was about "a couple of hours maybe 3". Does that make sense? Anyhow I was on my way to another big tire shop when I happen to see the signage on the other side of the street. Made a quick left and I was immediately helped. No 10 minute wait to talk to a service rep, no 2-3 hour wait either. Oftentimes smaller businesses like this are underrated but do a hell of a better job than those big name places. One day my battery light turned on so I went to have it check at auto zone. They said battery was shot and before they can check anything else the battery needs to be replace. So I changed out the battery. Light disappeared. Cool I thought. Next day light turned on its 3:30pm I wasn't in the mood. I do have my mechanic but was looking for something close to home. I was referred to Eriks. So I pull up it's about to be 5pm. told them the problem I'm having. Without hesitation they went hands on and diagnosed the problem. They told me what was the problem and how much it would cost me. I looked at my watch it said 5:30 I asked can it be done right now. Next thing I know they are ordering the part and removing the worn out one form my vehicle. Within the hour they had me rolling again. To me that says a lot. My dad also went there for mechanical work and they did him right also. I hope I found my local mechanic shop. Also these guys are not just general mechanics. The day I was there this one dude was literally under the hood inside the engine compartment while the engine sat outside on the ground. I was like ok these guys are the next level. They were very friendly and professional. I will be taking in my sons vehicle for a check next. Give this place a go. Estremely disappointed. Had an oil change. Also, my car was leacking anti frezze/coolant, so I had them check below as they needed to lift car anyway. Mechanic said "yes" it's a hose. We can change it but, because it's a holiday, would need to do another day. I brought car back the next day. Left car at 8 am...I called at 1230 pm to check up person on phone stated yes, almost done with car. Received call at 4 pm. $80 for hose..came to get car they wanted to charge $180...for a complete different part mind you, I called at 1230pm no updates or approvals from mechanic. Left lot uncomfortable Knowing they didn't fix the issue. With in minutes car overheated. Called them back they did pick car up being that I have no one to assist me. Next day, they said we know what it is and that at this point they are uncomfortable fixing car because I am guessing my questioning of 1 the unpproved part change and 2 refund request. Mechanic was unprofessional and rude. He switch part with 1 hr today however, had my car all day yesterday. NEVER TAKING CAR BACK AGAIN. ALSO WILL STOP REFERRING PEOPLE HERE. read more

These guys offer very fair prices. I needed a set of tires for my car which I didn't want to invest a whole lot on a new set of tires. I got a few quotes and I also asked how long would it be to complete the service, many places told me they had to order or they were booked until a certain day. I called Eric's tires the prior evening and they quoted me a great price for a set of tires and said he could take care of them the next day and asked for no deposit, just show up and he'll have the tires ready. This worked out perfect because I was going out of town and needed by tires to be take care of before I left. In addition, the price included free patches and tire rotation every 3 months. Solid services here at Eriks. Went into Sams Club to get my tires fixed (nail) for my Kia Optima and after 4 hrs of waiting, they eventually told me that my tires were gone. I looked around for a second opinion and found Eriks Tires. Not only did he fix my tires up, he did it the professional way by patching it from the inside. Most other shops would just insert some gel from the outside which I more cost effective but crude. For the patch, he only charged $10. He also followed up with me about the conditions of my tires and why the mechanics at Sams said that they were gone. Long story short, I was able to use the patched up tires for another 3 months before I came back to Eriks to change out 2 tires. Comparable online pricing and he wouldn't try to sell you anything you don't need. Best part, his workmanship is top notch. 5 stars easy. read more

I have been going to Eric's tires for about five years Eric and his brother Ceasar seem to be nice young responsible guys. I bought new tires for about five of my cars since his dad has a shop next-door I had asked him to look at my car and check it because it was running kind of funny the front and was shaking a little. His father drove the car, and the other mechanic drove the car and told me that the car was fine that there was nothing the matter with it, I took the car to a different mechanic and they told me that the left front bearing was wore out and it would just be a matter of time before the bearing froze and I would end up having a bad accident, I trusted this man's opinion as a professional mechanic, and they give me bad advice and didn't check my car properly. I would not recommend this place of business to anybody that wants some thing fixed because they'll they'll charge you for some thing else and not correct the problem I would not recommend this place to anybody I know not even a stranger. Honestly I didn't even buy tires from them but these guys are really nice and in the future I will use them. My tire pressure light was on, which makes me really nervous, and I didn't want to drive on the freeway to OC with it like that. I pull up, tell the guy what's up and he checks and airs up all 4 of my tires. Tells me they're low and asks if the car had been parked for a while... why yes, yes it was. Went in for a tire change because of freeway crap on the 10. I have 2015 lancer evo. I have not one scratch on any of my rims. They guy had a hard time taking the tire off my 18inch rims and scratched my rim. After he went to mount it on my car I saw it and said ". Dang you really scraped it good". He just looked and me and said nothing. I still paid and the guy still said nothing. I went up to him and the other guy there and said . You know what. The least you could have sone is apologize for your mistake and not just stared at me. And he them said sorry. Will never go here nor recommend them.
