I took my car here a few weeks ago, and since then, no one other than this shop has had access to my tire-lock key. I recently discovered that the key is missing. When I called, an employee told me that they had it. However, when I went to the shop in person, I was told they never used it and denied having it. My tires cannot be removed without this specific tire-lock key, so I am extremely concerned about how it could have gone missing while my vehicle was in their possession. The conflicting answers I received were very disappointing and have left me questioning how my vehicle and belongings were handled. Would not recommend this shop to nobody! My wife went to this tireshop by herself on fri. We showed up Sat morning August 15,2026 at around 8:45. We dropped truck off because we were buying front and rear tires. When we went back, I myself had a pleasant conversation with an older bald gentleman and another at the front desk. The other guy had blonde brownish hair. I let them know that I myself was a diesel mechanic. As I arrived at our truck I IMMEDIATELY noticed a LUGNUT on front passenger side tire missing Pissed, I went back in store and felt like I had to explaine how dangerous that something like this can be or accident as a result of this can cause. And only then, did they tell me that a lugnut had been damaged. If I hadn't noticed they probably would have let me drive off Trust honesty respect and loyalty this business has none of these characteristics. I myself Installed a nut from the rear tire on the front and the damaged nut on the rear So sad Had to buy all new lugnuts due to other damaged lugnuts and making sure that all were tightened properly FRONT TIRE who does that, then recommends I buy them on Amazon read more

Don't do it unless you want to get scammed. They're not honest. Just talk to the girl manager and you will find out the shadiness! They pumped my tires up to 38 psi and the girl at the manger kept saying-- if you don't buy new tires from us your tires can explode on the freeway. Keep in mind I had 2-other opinions from honest mechanics unlike Tire Zone. Do your research guys! Do not go here unless you want to get conned by the worst of the worst kind of people. They are the epitome of a shady company that will do damage to your car in hopes that you will buy new tires when you don't even need them. I purchased my set of 4 tires back in May 2024 and they were able to install them successfully. Their tire selections on their webpage are huge, and if they didn't have it in store they can get it delivered to their shop the next day or two. They didn't have the alignments available at the time (since the system was down), but I did appreciate them sending me over to their Glendora location on the same day to get that done. Anytime new sets of tires are installed, an alignment should be done and this was a separate service BTW, I think $70 if I recalled. Nonetheless, Peter was very accommodating, helpful, polite, and professional. Today, Oct 7, 2025 I had a flat tire (screw punctured) and thankfully, I showed up at 8:28AM and Peter was there and just opened his doors. I told him my situation and he was able to get my tire patched right away. I also informed him that I needed tire rotations done, and since I'm his customer, both services were complimentary. I was out the door in 20 minutes. Forget the dealerships and some of the membership wholesalers like Costco or Sam's Club, go to your local Tire Zone for all your tire needs. Called asking about a tire rotation and they said it would be free as long as my tires had no issues (my current tires were installed by this Tire Zone, too). When I came into the shop, I was told they would not do the tire rotation as I needed to replace all 4 because the tires were worn out. Prior to coming here, I had gotten two other opinions (one professional and one not) on my tires and I was told the threading was ok and would still last me a bit longer. I even went to get a fourth professional opinion after this interaction and I was told the same thing, that the threading is okay. I don't appreciate that they were just trying to sell me on something that I didn't need instead of doing the simple tire rotation. This interaction discouraged me from coming back here for any future services which bums me because in the past, I have had no issues with Tire Zone. read more

I recently got a pair of tires installed at Tire Zone Covina. The price was reasonable and the installation was quick, which I really appreciated. However, I'm giving 3 stars because they didn't put the correct OEM tire valve cap back on the tire. Instead, they replaced it with a generic one without asking me first. When I called to ask about it, they said they put new valve caps on newly installed tires but that wasn't consistent because the second tire I had replaced still had its original cap. I had to return to get my original OEM cap back. It may seem like a small detail, but for those who care about maintaining their vehicle's original parts, it matters. I think they need to pay more attention to the small details and communicate better with customers about changes like that. read more

Do not come here unless you want to get ripped off and tricked. My daughter 18 years old works hard for her money. First time she has a flat tire and was recommended to come to this Tire Zone. She only has one flat tire in the front and ended up being tricked into buying two tires that don't even match her other tires. The owner told her that her back tire has a hole but it's inside so you can't see it. First time going to a tire place and being a young woman was scammed! He even took her old tires. The next day When her father realizes she has been scammed he goes to confront owner and says he cannot show him the tire. Totally SUS! Who wouldn't be mad at a so called professional company who rips off young women! Paid almost $300 including add on fees. Very ridiculous. To top it off her tire sensor light is still on. I went a tire balance, because my tires kept vibrating. So the manger I believe came and greeted me and was very nice. Ask me a few basic questions. He said no problem, they took my car in and immediately come to me. He tells me my tires are 15 years old. I was in shock so he told me that they need to be changed immediately but, I told him I didn't have much. So he gave me a great deal on all my 4 tires and Balance and install. So I went to Yelp to see if there were any tire service centers near Covina. I saw there was a America's tire store, no way I had a bad experience with them last time, was there for 3 hours was not a happy customer. Saw Tire Zone having some great customer reviews so I went there to check them out. Nice Tire shop, the gentlemen took my tire size and gave me 4 price quotes and gave some detail about each brand. I went with the Kumho for $90 out the door. i was there for 20 minutes tops was very surprised when they told me you're ready to go. Wow that's some fast service. I came home and did some research on the tire I bought Kumho Ecsta PS31 is Ultra High Performance Summer Tire 215/45ZR17 has great ratings for Dry and Wet performance. It is a small shop you may have to wait a bit but you cannot beat the price and the friendly service. Bought tires for my MB SUV there and also for my daughter's C 300. Been meaning to review these guys. I rarely review but this place deserves it. I've been here a few times and every time I'm always satisfied. They're straight shooters, don't try to sneak in any additional fees and just get to the point. I was in Glendora, needed a tire bad because it was pouring rain but after hitting up a couple spots that had the "so called" best reviews, I came straight to Tire Zone. Even though it was pouring I refused to get gyped by them lame shops in Glendora or anywhere in between. Tire Zone saved me a couple hundred bucks and were quick. Trust me, I'm a penny pincher and called around looking for the best deal and this joint came through without me even having to negotiate or question the charges. This place is my new go to place now for my tires. I go through tires and wheels like crazy for one of my cars. My "old" go to place has gotten way more popular in the past year and it's been hard to even have anything done there because I have to schedule an appointment in advance and they're usually booked a week ahead. But this place is different. Jorge is a good guy. Customer service and pricing here is fair compared to other shops I've gone to that's why I decided to come here again. I went here two times in a matter of a few days (both different jobs) and the pricing he gave me for the second job was good. Also if you need a specific tire brand or size they can get the tire the next day for you. This place is a plus for me because I go through tires like crazy and they stretch tires! I have an 18x9.5 wheel and they were able to stretch a 215/35/18 tire onto it. I believe they have a cheetah as well. But anyway that's a huge plus for me, my old job does it but they're 30 mins away and these guys are closer to me. Anyway, it's hard to find knowledgable people these days that can stretch a tire.
