I have to give recognition to the Big O Tires in this area. I came here on a Sunday due to a slow flat tire. I typically go the Americas Tire across the street since I purchased my tires there. Unfortunately, they were closed on Sunday. The staff here were friendly and polite and the place was actually really clean. They assisted me promptly since they just open and I was the first customer. They found a nail closer to the side of the tire and was unable to do the repair. I told them I may have to just fill it up and take it to America Tires the next day since it may be under warranty still. They did not pressure me, completely understood and help me fill my tire a little more just so it will have time to carry me to the next day without a complete flat. Much appreciated the extra step. I came here yesterday (6/3/2025) to fixed the tire (had 2 nails) and they closed early. The gentleman front desk told me to come back tomorrow he fix it for price of 1. Had a nail in the tire/slow leak, missed it. Had no luck with the gas station air pumps. Rolled into the shop on Friday and Carlos jumped off the desk to help me out with filling up and checking PSI fast, so I could get to work. Slow leak meant I had to go back in. Eric couldn't take the car that night, but made sure I got the tire patched first thing next day and made time to rotate the tires, because he could.
