You will understand why. The thing that came make or break your experience though is the parking. The neighborhood around the venue is pretty bad, with high property crime. Saw a Danzig show there last fall and came out to a parking lot full of busted out windows on cars. One car had been stolen outright. Thankfully mine was okay. This was in a PAID lot behind the Children's Museum which Templelive sells spots for. Apparently that second lot is only secure while they are taking your money! After that, it's open season on your car once the lot is filled. I debated going to see Megadeth there a few weeks ago, and I'm glad I skipped because I read that a lot of cars were just broken into again that night. I don't know if this was in the lots or street parking, or both. But it was apparently bad enough this time to make the local TV news. They are going to lose customers unless something is done. We know the Cleveland police are not going to do anything about it. But at least in the so-called 'secured parking' lots, they need to hire security to cover those lots all night until everyone is out of there post-show. I personally won't be going back unless major changes happen with that neighborhood. Be forewarned! Venue is cool and historic, but not worth risking car damage for me to go back.

However, if you want to return an instrument, you will have to drive to Cuyahoga Falls. They also pick them up for repairs from the school. The quality of the trumpet that my son received was excellent. One time, we received a faulty valve and they replaced it with no problem. Being able to rent instruments is nice and they provide cases and cleaning supplies too. I had a very good experience renting from here for the last couple years.

I would not recommend Music & Arts based on my experience with their billing practices and customer…read moreservice. I took lessons every other week, but Music & Arts repeatedly charged me for four lessons at a time, causing unused prepaid lessons to accumulate. I contacted the store about this multiple times, and the manager acknowledged that their billing system did not work well for biweekly lessons and attempted to adjust my billing dates, but the issue continued. When my instructor announced she was leaving, I requested a refund for my eight unused lessons on April 24. I followed up again on May 1 and May 11 but was repeatedly told to wait until after my final lesson on May 15 because processing the refund sooner could cause issues with their system. Despite additional follow-up, my request was not actually submitted until June 5. Music & Arts then relied on a 90-day expiration policy to deny six of the eight lessons. The store manager who had been handling the billing issue told me that even he was unaware of this policy. More importantly, I had requested my refund weeks earlier, and it was Music & Arts that instructed me to wait before it was processed. I ultimately had to file a consumer complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Music & Arts has since refunded two lessons but continues to deny the remaining six. My experience with corporate customer service has been even worse. Representatives have been rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout my attempts to resolve this. I repeatedly raised the billing issue, requested my refund promptly, and followed the instructions their employees gave me. Based on how Music & Arts has handled this situation from beginning to end, I would not use this company again for any service and cannot recommend them.
