I was told it would take 5 minutes, and after 15 I mentioned I was on my lunch break and running out of time, and was then told reverification takes days. Great. I waited around for nothing. This was never an issue on return visits in 2021, or 2022. You can literally call the number on the back of my insurance card and verify coverage immediately. I could even pay the full price for the session, and after verification use the credits for future visits. Instead, I was refused service. Great stress reliever. The best is during my wait I asked for help with an overbilling and they promised to follow up by email. The email confirming the overcharge was addressed to the wrong name. Keep your pettiness.
