They had cancellations and fit me in. 3/22/24 Scheduled appointment has already arrived! Time flying by! Arrived & checked in. 10:20 appointment. They have a computer check in set up. Simple. It told me to wait until I was called back. Nice, low key area. TVs & water bottle fridge. Music playing. Calm. Shortly later, a nice worker greeted & took me back. Did a short series of tests on both eyes & told me to wait to be called back. Another nice waiting room. Music playing. Called back shortly later by another nice worker took me into another room and asked a series of questions. She pressures checked after that. Very nice worker. Simple. Then told to go neck to tit conference room until a room was available. Short wait and another kind worker greeted and put me in a room. Waited to see the doctor. He came shortly later. Dr. BaReally great! Easy to talk to, kind and welcoming. He checked out my eyes with good day wishes and sent up front to check out and get what will work best with my insurance. Told they were printing out a form for me and it will be little bit. Waited in the waiting room. Shortly later a worker brought me an envelope to give to my primary care physician for reference. Great service & Great Eye-Q facility. Highly recommended!

I had my eyes done...top and bottom... and he pulled one eye so tight that it is now half open compared to the other eye and I can't get my eye open enough to put on makeup. I believe this doctor does a cookie cutter surgery on all his patients. He takes too much skin, so you will not be able to open your eyes all the way. This is totally devastating! He does each eye differently, don't expect them to be symmetrical. Your eyes will be smaller after surgery. This should have been something I was told would happen, BEFORE surgery. The left eye has a web of lumpy skin in the corner with a clump of eye lashes that stick up not naturally downward. I was told to just pluck out the eyelashes!!! They are soooo irritating.. The recovery was excruciating. Dry eye and headaches for over 6 months. I never knew how painful that was. I had many follow ups while he sat in silence while I suffered trying to get answers to my pain he had caused. This surgery is irreversible. This doctor is NOT an expert surgeon for upper and lower bletherplasty. I was not told any pros or cons or complications to consider. The staff did not offer any advice or comfort as they heard and saw my suffering. They sat there in silence, HORRIBLE! The physical and emotional pain along with permanent complications is not worth it. Shame on those who cause pain to others for money. Shame on those who sit in silence while the patient suffers.
