Selling a property from out of state can be incredibly daunting, but Tiffany made the entire process seamless. Her expertise in the local market was evident immediately, and she provided invaluable guidance on pricing and preparation. Tiffany went above and beyond by providing us with a list of vetted contractor contacts long before I officially signed with her, which gave me the confidence to handle necessary repairs early on. When complex issues arose later, including navigating a repair contingency and probate related documentation, Tiffany handled them with professional ease and kept all parties aligned. She and her team were proactive, highly responsive, and truly hands-on with helping to coordinating necessary repairs which saved us tremendous stress. I cannot recommend Tiffany and The Tiffany Chin Group highly enough. She previously handled the lease of my home when I first moved so when it came time to sell I had no hesitation in hiring her again. She immediately took initiative in preparing my home for sale and exhibited an innate sense of kindness and patience in teaching me the intricacies of selling my property. I would highly recommend her when it comes to needing a realtor who is sensitive, caring, and exhibits a professionalism and sophistication.  My home sold fairly quickly, the process was painless and a great learning experience I will never forget.

This review is for Brenda Ashby:…read more Brenda is by far the best Real estate agent I have met in 17 years as an investor. She has vastly exceeded my expectation. I teach QFD (Six Sigma Master Blackbelt) and know one or two things about meeting versus exceeding customer expectation. After carefully filtering about 20 agents I zeroed in on 3 candidates. She was the more aggressive of the 3 candidates in regards to how much she could sell the property for and how quickly she could do it. I was a little worried about that but she seemed very well prepared and had sold properties in that area before. After 3 weeks she pulled in an offer which was within 99.01% of my asking price. She wrapped up the sales in 4 weeks and 4 days. Sofar, she had met my expectation to be a very good agent. But she also did this: 1. Created unexpected value for the customer: She almost forced me to go to the county office to register the house as a 3 beds, two baths ( it showed on tax roll as 2 Br and 1 bath). She found the correct office, prepared the paperwork for me and told me exactly what to say and do. This created 20% more value for me. 2. Takes the initiative without asking whose job it is: A LOT of permits needed to be finalized. She called the plumber, the electrician and the HVAC contractor to perform the repairs at really reasonable prices. She oversaw the repairs and inspections. When the inspectior gave us grieve with no reason she went all the way to the chief in down town LA. The supervisor called me and apologized for the inspector. She oversaw the termite work and negotiated a 30% lower rate. Who's job was all that? MINE. She did not even ask that question. She always would take the initiative to create value for me. 3. Almost reckless selflessness: At one point she suggested that the buyer may not give me the best deal and suggested to back away from the deal when her own contract with me was near the end. If I had backed away, she would have not gotten her commission AND I might have fired her. In conclusion: She did such an amazing job, that I now changed my plans and I will reinvest my money in that area and I will have her buy and sell properties for me.

Tammy is a nightmare. hostile and angry, when I had some things to work through between her and the landlords she took over the conversation and yelled at me and cut me off and threatened legal action for nothing. NEVER use her. followup: We eventually had to sue the landlords to get our security deposit back. A suit which we won in full.

She knows what it takes to get an offer accepted. She's one of the few agents I've actually seen get an offer accepted before the first public open house. Her reputation is that strong, when a listing agent sees her name on an offer, they pay attention. This woman has a gift! Once a client is in escrow, she fights for them like it's her own money. If I were buying a house in LA, she's 100% who I'd want on my side. Her clients keep sending their friends because she gets results. I've seen buyers come to her after another agent couldn't get their offer accepted and Vanessa gets them in escrow that same month. I highly recommend her!

My husband and I just closed on our first home (in our dream location!!) all thanks to Vanessa's expert guidance, unwavering support, and constant communication from the moment our house hunt began. Our close friends recommended Vanessa after having an amazing experience buying and selling with her, and she absolutely lived up to the hype. We had our hearts set on a very specific neighborhood, which meant houses within our budget were far and few between. Every time "the one" popped up, Vanessa gave us honest, thoughtful advice and somehow managed to predict exactly what it would sell for, which was almost always welllllllll over asking. When our house finally hit the market, we were crushed to learn it had already gone into escrow by day three. Instead of giving up, Vanessa encouraged us to submit a backup offer anyway. Long story short, we got the house! What's even more miraculous is my husband and I were traveling overseas during the inspection contingency and much of escrow, and Vanessa made sure we didn't miss a beat, accommodating WhatsApp calls with us at crazy hours and emailing us clear, digestible info. What could have been an incredibly stressful experience/vacation ruiner ended up feeling smooth, organized, and surprisingly easy. On top of all that, her connections with various vendors are unmatched. From plumbers to electricians to a custom glass shower door guy, she has someone fantastic for literally everything a new homeowner could need. TLDR VANESSA RULES!!!

I can't really rate this business as a realty company, as I haven't used them personally, but the office is legendary for its presence on TV and it doesn't disappoint with its stage-like interior and floor to ceiling glass windows looking out onto Sunset Blvd. It is really something to see to be believed. It's still a popular tourist attraction and you can see it all from the sidewalk. The interior design is a mix between art deco, pink neon, the Chrysler Building, Italian modernism, a chic speak easy, Trump Tower and a velvet Palm Springs mid century living room. It's been many years since I've had to search for a new apartment, and I was a little nervous about…read morehow the whole apartment-hunting game had changed since my last time around. So I decided to look into using an apartment broker, to take some of the burden off myself and let a professional handle things instead... After looking at a few different firms online, I got good vibes from The Rental Girl (TRG), a boutique real estate agency here in Los Angeles, that also handles apartment searches. I liked the fact that the company is on the smaller side (around 20 or so employees, I believe), so that you really get their full attention. And for me personally, it was also a big plus to support a women-owned business. For apartment searches, they offer a couple of options: 1) You can sign up on their website to access listings on your own. or... 2) They also offer a concierge service, where they take inventory of your specific needs and wants and then do a customized search for you, which includes setting up walk-thrus, handling paperwork, and basically taking charge of all the less-fun aspects of looking for a new apartment. Their concierge service is made up of a team of people who each cover a different area of Los Angeles. For the area I was looking in, I was assigned a terrific, friendly dynamo named Itza Campos. She took great care of me every step of the way, serving as a sounding board (and even a therapist at times, lol) as we considered various apartments, before landing on just the right one. It was a true pleasure working with her and I really can't thank her enough for all the help she gave me! TRG concierge service isn't inexpensive -- it's equal to the price of one month's rent on your new apartment -- but I have to say that I consider it money VERY well-spent. Itza made the whole process fun and basically painless. I would recommend The Rental Girl without hesitation for anyone who wants help in finding the perfect place to live. Thanks again to the great team at TRG, especially Itza!

We had to move quickly and didn't have time to scout neighborhoods, or even visit the properties before making a decision. Maggie gave us detailed reports on neighborhoods in a language we could understand, ran all over the greater L.A. area to look at properties, and sent detailed videos on all our target properties. There are many people have knowledge, skills, and understanding of the market, but in addition to those requisite skills Maggie has a sincere dedication to her customers that sets her above the competition.
