My wife and I have been done a half-dozen or so refinancings since moving into our house over a decade ago. Each time he gets us a lower rate with fair monthly payments. He really knows when to lock in the rates to get you the best one. Our latest refi is so good we likely won't be able to use Fred again, which saddens us, but it is his own fault for being so good!
