I paid $80 to have FOOD shipped to me in Denver overnight from a bakery in NOLA. It was to arrive on a Friday and after not seeing it or any notice from FedEx, I waited until Saturday per the tracking information online. I later find out that they close at 2 so I won't get my PERISHABLE FOOD that I need for a gathering TONIGHT until MONDAY. After calling customer service, one person said the reason is because "the address was wrong" and another person said they couldn't access the building. Regardless, I got no notification and the office is not closed for me to pick it up. This is a very pitiful attempt at delivering packages. read more

Every single time my bank has relied on them in a fiduciary responsibility I wait home all day to receive my package and every single time (at least 4: twice this year, once last year, and once in 2017) they have refused to knock or dial my apartment number or leave a sticker with information on how to receive it. It takes an average of one week to receive anything overnighted. This always happens when I'm unemployed or have limited income or time to drive and call to see what's going on and have to rely on others to help me through the week. Horrible. My dogs medication was supposed to be delivered on Saturday the 2nd, it was marked as delayed and the reason being the driver marked me as moved. Haven't moved since summer 2022 and gotten multiple fedex packages delivered between that time. But wait it gets better. Called customer service more than once trying to get in touch with the site because clearly I live at the address I listed for delivery and there's no way to call the location and how is it that customer service doesn't have their phone number? Customer service stated that I would not be able to pick up the package on Saturday but they would expedite it because of the importance of the package and it would for sure be delivered on Monday. Well Monday came and went and still no medication for my pet. I cannot tell you how much this pisses me off that something this important is just being tossed around a fedex warehouse when my pet needs it. Unbelievable. I was expecting a range hood package and the handyman was also waiting in order to install it. However until 4pm, the status still appear our for deliver, handyman can not wait any longer and left. Around 6pm, I have noticed the status changed to delivered at 3pm, still nothing at the door. Then found out the package was on the ground floor behind the stair. Apparently the driver did not want to deliver it to the 3rd floor. But at least he should knock the door and either ask for help or tell us the package has arrived. This is very poor service. This is the worst location to have things shipped to-from. My delievery has been sitting in this Littleton location for 5 days now. The status update customer services gives me is "that it's on truck our for delivery" then when seven-thirty hits, it's back to "In-transit" and the audacity that customer services says I need to sign on-line for driver to allow to leave it, is BULL S H I T, when they have not even attempted to drop off the item. They can't even make a ticket over the matter until they update the system, which is ALSO BS since it's been more than a few days over the delivery date. If this was my first rodeo with this location with not able to deliver things, I would say things happen, but even before the pandemic it's been more than a handful that this has happen. I paid for overnight shipping and the delivery driver didn't even attempt to deliver my package - it is instead going to be delivered on Tuesday not Monday ... which is 7 days after I paid for it to be delivered! This is a common occurrence for this location and with FedEx . I received other packages from ups today but FedEx as always disappoints and especially after I paid 25$ . Sent an emergency laptop replacement to my son in college via Fedex Air two day service for $130! Sent it to a very large dorm with big desk staff that works until midnight. Driver said it was closed twice a day (typically 9:30 and 11:30AM) day after day. I called every day to confirm address, added notes to the account on which door to access, which desk to go to (can't enter main student entrance but can enter the service entrance). Anyways, the UPS and Amazon drivers all figured it out. But not this guy. Then this location said they would stop trying and were returning across country back to me. Eventually I got national to direct to try again, and it said it would be delivered the next day. Well they didn't even try the next day. So I got national to call the branch manager, and voila, they actually tried to deliver it like all the other carriers delivering to the newly moved in dorms. All told my $130 two-day air took 7 days! Hindered his studies and wasted many many hours. I will not use Fedex again, they are now below my low opinion of USPS, especially at this Littleton, CO which I noticed is already the lowest rated fedex site in that large region. Our company does projects all over the US we ship 10 to 15 packages each month and and receive another 40. FedEx is by far the BEST service time and again. Worse Fedex location ever. My package of time sensitive critical medical parts have been sitting at this location for 3 days now with no delivery expectation or even a scan. Two days ago they confirmed it was at their facility but they didn't have the time to look for it. They blamed a three day old weather delay. Apparently once a package is delayed for weather they give up on anything resembling an effort to deliver after the weather clears. They did apologize for the inconvenience, so they have that going for them. Moral of the story? If it's truly critical to get a timely weekday delivery, choose a different carrier. read more

Terrible!! I ordered 2-day shipping and this is day 4. I left instructions on their Delivery Manager site to have a package left at my apartment Leasing office and that didn't happen. Instead I got an an saying " we'll try again tomorrow since you're not home". Then I call customer service which was a joke and was told sorry nothing I can do and I can't give you the office number. My sister went to this store to mail an inherited carved coffee table from my deceased mother. They charged her over $600 to mail to our home in Alameda, CA. They assured her that the table and four chairs would be wrapped carefully and protected. Aftet a very prolonged wait, we finally received the table about 4 weeks later, Bubble wrap was only noted on the middle of the table and nowhere else and stacked on a pallet. The delivery driver remarked on the shoddy protection. The delicate chairs that went with the table were not wrapped or padded at all and were placed upside down in the bottom side of the table. They used duct tape on the delicate wood (mahogany) of the table and a leg was broken on the table and one of the chairs. After a month plus of contacting yet another person who keep passing the buck, it is obvious they will not follow through on the $2500+ quote (they requested us to get) to repair the damage. Needless to say, we are very dissatisfied and apaled at the lack of concern and care UPS afforded us and will not even have the courtesy to repair the damage they inflicted. He was extremely rude (victor) and after about 5mins of trying to enter my information told me just like I told the other customer go fill out a form cause the system is not allowing me to do this - if he knew this before why not tell me at the start. Then back to the line and over 35 mins later back to him. Then he says cannot help you. Come back Monday. System issues. I think the truth of the matter was it was now 1:58pm and they close at 2pm. Worst fedex in Denver. It's a FedEx hub in a major office/industry park area and at any given time there is only one person working the front counter. Look around the corner into the office area and there is always fedex employees sitting staring at the computer. No one ever comes and assists the the front counter. Slowest wait times even when they are processing your shipment. read more

I've had experience where the delivery drive scanned my package hours before actually delivery. marking me think it was miss delivered or stolen causing me to call their call center only for it to be deliver when I'm on hold. Rude, dispassionate, uncaring front desk staff. Also, although the website and internet says they are open until 7pm , we have gone there 2x just before 6pm simply to drop off pre-addressed packages but they had locked their doors and were closed more than an hour before their published hours listed. (REMEMBER, this facility is where the regional Fedex trucks dropoff their truckloads as late as 8pm after they are done with their pick ups so the facility is not closed and there is no reason the front desk should be closed if they are publicly advertising a 7pm close time. They do not publish a local phone number so one must call the general 800-Go-Fedex number which takes you to the Dominican Republic to try to verify local hours. You can imagine how that turned out!!! fifteen minutes later and asking to be transferred back to the USA, then being patched into Advocacy dept, then having them call this local center......How can a company operate this way? Recently began receiving our shipments at garage door versus at front door/on patio. Well, guess what happens to your package when you open garage door and back a vehicle out!!! SQUASH!!!! I understand that a row of garages down a drive is easier to deliver to than getting out of your truck and walking to the front door for each delivery....HOWEVER, THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE PAID TO DO! And to add insult to injury, you can't call direct to the responsible ship center...no matter what number you manage to google-up, you end up talking (notice I didn't use communicate) with someone who is in another country...and who barely speaks English!!! If you live in Engewood, CO in the Dove Valley area make sure to avoid FedEx for any of your incoming shipments. On several occasions FedEx will not attempt delivery of my packages at all. By the end of the day I will get a delivery Exception notification with no door tag. I also live in an apartment complex that accepts packages on my behalf. Clearly the driver didn't even try. On both occasions these were time sensitive packages as well. After calling FedEx, they essentially say we can't do anything for you. All this to say, please avoid them and let FedEx know their business practices are total garbage. read more

Twice I have ordered something that was shipped to me by FedEx and required a signature. Both times I waited home for the package to be delivered. There was never a knock at the door and the door bell never rang. However, there was a sticker on my door telling me that they attempted to deliver the package but no one was home. I don't have any proof, however I believe this is done because the delivery person does not want to ring the bell, wait for someone to get there, have to speak to the person, get them to sign the form and hand them the package. It is all about wasting an extra 5 min. of the delivery persons precious time. However, my time obviously is worthless to FedEx. I have called FedEx both times to complain and was told I would get a call back by the local FedEx location, (Littleton CO in this case), to discuss the problem and both times I never got a call. I would never ship anything with FedEx for this reason. As far as I am concerned I will never use FedEx unless I am forced to such as in this case when the shipper uses FedEx and I have no choice. I also would be willing to bet that the deliver people are told, (off the record of course), to handle deliveries that require a signature this way. Very unprofessional. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I never intentionally use FedEx, but items such as online orders are occasionally shipped to me through this carrier; every time, the experience has been abysmal. I live in a secure access building in a safe area. The FedEx delivery personnel are able to get inside the building and to my second-floor condo, but they have NEVER delivered items that were shipped to me. They do not even bother to take the elevator or stairs up one floor to get to where I live. They just leave a door tag on my ground-floor mailbox (which is right next to the elevator) saying that they could not deliver my package. They always use the excuse that it was not "safe" or that they could not access the building. The fact that I am at work rather than at home 24/7 and the fact that I live on the second floor do not in any way create a lack of security or accessibility. When I call in to address the issues of my undelivered packages, the customer service personnel are extremely rude and unhelpful. Every time this has happened, I have ended up having to take an extra thirty minutes to an hour to drive to their station, wait in line, and pick up my package. I never run into these problems with UPS. The folks at FedEx just simply don't do their jobs. read more
