A welcome change from the classic Lisbon menus. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend!

Amazing dining experience. Loved the feel of the restaurant, staff and food. Would highly recommend.

Incredible restaurant - clean, modern, beautiful decor with greenery everywhere. Excellent service - attentive servers who are accommodating, helpful, friendly, and professional OMG the food was so good. We got the lunch menu which was great value. A soup or salad and entree or entre and dessert for 18 Euros or all 3 for 22. Both came with water and coffee or tea. I got the vegetable soup to begin, pork belly with the most delicious sweet potato puree, roasted vegetables, and mint tea. My partner got the soup, tuna steak - which he described as smoky - and the Panna Cotta with pomegranate. I loved this place and wish I could eat there everyday! 5 stars

This was some of the best food I had while visiting Portugal. I'd definitely suggest the appetizers and octopus. Also don't leave with our trying some of the drinks.

Everything is beyond expectations. Best leg of lamb I've ever had - slow cooked for over 12 hours; vegetables are cooked but crunchy. Unbelievable experience of local cooking!

It was packed with people, which was a good sign. We enjoyed all our dishes, especially the tiger prawns, octopus, and seafood rice. The sangria was average. Pastries de Bacalhau - the crust was not brown enough. May be longer time. The stuffing was flavorful but it's more the cod taste than the flavored mash potatoes which I prefer. I actually prefer the other local restaurant I tried the night before better. Caldo Verde - The potatoe part of the soup is great. Perfect viscosity but the flavor is not. It wasn't salty enough but more importantly is the flavor of the veggies and the spicy sausage they supposed to use that makes the soup taste different. Grilled giant pawns - The flavor of the prawns is not as intense as expected and hope to be. The squid ink pasta also lacked of flavor. That's disappointing. With the prawns, they should at least use the prawn shell to make sauce for the pastas. The pasta was tasteless, didn't even use enough garlic and olive oil to flavor it up. Seafood rice - Another disappointment. They used fish, small mussels and little bit of shrimp pieces along with some bigger whole shrimps and mussels. However, the rice was lack of the true seafood flavor that made from shell fish. They also added cilantro which overwhelmed the whatever left of seafood flavor. The lemonade was not a sweet lemonade but sour. Fyi. It's not fair we just went to another restaurant in the neighborhood and everything was so much better but people should know.

This was our first official meal in Lisbon, a reservation for 9:45 pm dinner on a Wednesday, and it was a great introduction to Portuguese food. The street at the entrance was empty and quiet, and there weren't many people inside, presumably because it was late. Service was excellent, they were very nice, told us to take our time despite our late reservation. Pumpkin soup was the appetizer, and it was delicious. Creamy and hearty but somehow not heavy, with some tomato and meaty flavor that went well with the sweet pumpkin. Comes with some seeds and bread that you can dip the soup with. 5/5 Octopus-comes with some green peppers, quinoa, and a tomato paste/puree that gives it a light, slightly sweet, slightly spicy taste that went very well with the octopus. This is a great summer dish. Interestingly the thin end of the octopus was not that crispy, maybe that was the intention, but the entire tentacle taste and texture was pretty homogenized. 4.5/5 Risotto- also has pumpkin, but more savory with cheese and butter, topped with leek and I belive has mushrooms. Not sure how they're getting away with using heavy ingredients coming together to become a light dish, but they're pulling it off perfectly. Price was also very reasonable. We did get asked about tip, which not all restaurants in Lisbon do, but we felt tip was deserving at this establishment.

The food and service were exceptional. I recommend Sopa de Pedra. Best I've ever had and served it in a creative way. Service was attentive and polite and generous. I wanted to eat there every night but as a tourist I simply couldn't repeat. I wanted to return. I hope they succeed they are special.

The entrance is roped out - when you try to get in, one of the staff members comes out to explain the 'rule'...basically two food items per person is required (requested), so you cannot come here just for beverages. The food across the board was excellent--every dish we tried was flavorful, well-prepared, and felt thoughtfully put together. You can tell there's real intention behind both the menu and execution. What really elevated the experience, though, was our waiter, Bernardo. He brought incredible energy to the table--full of personality, engaging, and genuinely fun to interact with. At the same time, his service was top-notch: attentive without being overbearing, helpful with recommendations, and clearly passionate about what he does. Great food is one thing, but when you pair it with service like that, it turns into a memorable experience. Highly recommend--and if you get Bernardo, you're in for a great time.
