The original ceramic tile floors had been "refurbished" over the decades, but were worn and cracked, with missing and discolored grout, and really just not in line with my ranch house lifestyle decor dreams. The team did a great job removing the tile floors and installing the plank flooring. Jake made many excellent recommendations regarding the upgrades to not only the floors and baseboards, but also improving the door casings and interior millwork.
