They addressed our concerns and were very accommodating. We love the fact that they played outside their kennels the majority of the time. They did not nickel and dime you for every little thing. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. When we picked up the dogs they were bathed and their bedding was washed. We would definitely recommend Lucky Bones.

I have one before picture of how my youngest Dalmatians (1.5 years old) at the time looked in January vs February when I picked her up....... I will say when I put her in my car I started to cry because she looked so sick. Both of my doggies had a large box of food, there was no food at all when I picked them up, so I'm confused if they actually ate? And did they run out and just not get fed????? My dogs LOVE to eat and are travelers, they are not shy!! I'm putting this review on here now because I've seen similar complaints from this place. I don't know if they specifically hate Dalmatians, but my girls did not deserve this treatment. So I ask. If they didn't eat, why wouldn't I be called?..... when I picked them up on February 20th and offered them water, they drank it down so fast like they had never seen water. The amount of food they ate made them sick, it was a hunger type fast paced eating..... I couldn't believe that a place I trusted so much had let me down this badly!!! So I have to ask do they target specific breeds??? Anyways I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody, and I'm disappointed....... We had to drive to Texas this same week and stopped at an emergency vet on the way because of increasing respiratory distress....... We thought we were gonna lose our poor baby over the incompetence of this day care/ boarding center....... DO BETTER!!!!! Especially when people pay all these extra fees to have the dogs in all day play/baths/suites..... This should have never happened!!!!

But hey, there are several within a short drive. Which is good, because my late lamented 2-door had, among other things, serious overheating issues. I figured it had a 15 minute drive left in it. And we made it- barely. This is a scrapyard more than a junkyard. So it ain't pretty. But as these things go, it's pretty good. Service was great- everyone I dealt with was friendly and patient. The lady at the scale even sensed my feelings for the car and asked if I needed a minute to say goodbye. They gave me a good price, and walked me through what I needed to do since it had been awhile since I scrapped one. Getting here right now is complicated, but once the work on 17th is finished it'll be easy. Be careful of people pushing loads of scrap metal along the road. If you're bringing a car, head straight back to the scales beside the trailer. For scrap metal, turn left and wait outside the building.

After Michael did such a good job on my last project, I hired him again to do a small bypass shower…read moredoor replacement project. Let's just say this wasn't his best work. The project got delayed a week because he miscut the frame pieces and had to order a replacement frame. He misread the instructions. When attaching the top frame to the side frames, he severely gouged and scratched the finish, and stripped the edges of the screw holding the top to the side. Also, the cut part of the top frame was rough. Michael admitted he didn't have the proper saw blade to cut this material. Once the 2nd frame came in and he brought the correct tools to do the install, upon my first use, water puddled outside the shower on my bathroom floor. He neglected to caulk both the inside and outside of the bottom frame, as directed in the assembly instructions. And one shower door was hung too low and dragged on the bottom frame. I'm not sure how this was missed during assembly as it was very obvious one door moved effortlessly while the other did not. Proper caulking and adjusting the door hanger solved the problems. While Michael apologized and made everything right in the end and did give me a discount off the invoice for the delay and frustration, all the issues could have been avoided if only he did not try to rush the project and had the correct tools for the job from the get go. Overall, I would score this a D- due to all the errors. . Michael is a good guy and wants to do a good job. I may use him again, should I have another home improvement project. However, I will make clear anything requiring assembly and having instructions to do so needs to be carefully read, proper tools on hand from the start and the project not rushed.
