We had an appointment for Mr. Ward to come to my home on July 8 to provide an estimate, which I took off of work for. The appointment was canceled by them the day before because they stated that they didn't receive the covid questionnaire, which I replied to the previous day. I chalked this up to a miscommunication, and scheduled another appointment for today with Mr. Ward arriving between 10:30 and 11:30. This appointment was confirmed by his office manager, Brooke and I was sent a calendar invite. It is now 12:47, and Mr. Ward has not shown up nor have I received an email, text or call to explain. I have now taken off of work on two occasions for this appointment, and I wish that I was able to write this review on reliability, quality of work, etc., instead of the unprofessionalism of this company.

As soon as it was (relatively) safe for them to do the work, they came out & did it. Both gentlemen working in my house wore masks & gloves the whole time & the company took safety precautions before sending them out. The work itself was well done. I had a somewhat tricky drywall repair/install, and needed the floor for one room tiled. They worked efficiently & effectively, and were always willing & able to answer any questions. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and most importantly safe during a difficult time to get anything done safely. Price was good considering the quality of work done, and the work area was left clean. I'll be calling them again if I ever have any other projects.

I had a bathroom remodel and had to make adjustments along the way, and there were some unexpected situations that arose. Jeff quickly pivoted to make helpful suggestions and quickly adapted--while making those adaptations fit with the original design approach. You could tell by the finished result how much pride he and Luis take in the work--the bathroom is now the nicest room in my house. If you need work done, and need someone you can trust, get on his schedule--before I do--I'll definitely be requesting his help again.

We required a replacement of steps, in three different areas, along with wood replacements in multiple floor and structural locations. We also requested repainting of it all. Crown Flooring installed Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) all through the lower level, and sanded and stained my hardwood floors all through the upper level of my home. Additionally, Ken and his crew replaced nearly all of my baseboard and quarter round, and all of my interior doors. This work was done in November - December of 2019. Three years later, and all of this work still looks like it was completed yesterday. My floors - the LVP and the hardwood floors are gorgeous. When people come over, to include people giving me estimates for other projects, I still get a lot of compliments, and some ask who did the work. Long story short, I highly recommend Crown Flooring. They do phenomenal work, complete it on schedule, and they do not price gouge you. I will be glad to provide before and after pictures for anyone who wants to see them. I waited to do the upstairs because I wasn't sure I'd want the same carpet. It looked so good downstairs, I ordered it for the upstairs where it looks even better. The crew did an exceptional job working very hard for an entire day during installation. Upstairs too had some difficulties with speaker wire that goes down stairs, two small closets with lower floors, lots of cut outs, and closet build-outs. It looks great and I can see no berber seams - unlike my previous installation! I had a friend I tried to help who wanted tile but she ended up delaying. Two years later I find out that she too went to Crown Flooring and Rick helped her find a wood flooring that would match and she is very happy.
