We had come here for my son's birthday party, and were so glad that we did! We had decided to visit the venue before booking, to ensure that we liked it. Upon walking in, we were greeted by Will, whom helped us with every aspect of the party planning. He was very helpful and easygoing; such a joy to deal with! On the day of the party, we were able to come in earlier and decorate, while the children played the game. During the game, we had difficulty in solving the puzzles therefore, Will and Fahed came in to assist us without hesitation. They were very helpful with all of the guests in the game room, and took the time to explain everything very well. Overall, this venue was an excellent choice! Will and Fahed went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, while giving us the time to complete the game accurately, and have fun! Wonderful experience! Loved every aspect of the rooms and the staff. I did the Wild West room with a group of 5 people and it was excellent. The staff were lovely and always gave us wonderful hints. The staff were also super kind in telling us where and what to do. The room quality and components were amazingly designed and really fun to play with. I've been here years ago with my friend at the old location and absolutely loved the wild west room. Finally came back up from the states to visit again and we did the firefighter rescue room, it was AMAZING. As someone who used to work at an escape room and have made one myself, i really appreciate the puzzles and the story of this room and the wild west one. We had an amazing time, the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when we needed hints, and even allowed us to only have 2 people for a room that usually requires 4-6. I can't wait for the volcano room to open soon and will definitely be visiting for that! read more

Wild west easy escape room with very easy puzzles. Best for 2-3 people no more. GREAT, escape room. LOVE the wild west, they built their own houses for the escape room. The rooms were nice and big and looked very well built. My only downside is the puzzles, some puzzles were so well thought of and had to test your mechanical thought process, others were just "try each answer and one of them will be right" type of puzzle which were too easy to solve. My friend and I did the Escape From the Wild West room. The puzzles in this room were so clever. I loved how you start out blindfolded. I appreciate the fact that you can ask for as many or as little hints as you want, which gave us a chance to experience everything in the room on our visit. The owner is so nice. She answered all my curiosity questions about the place. I will definitely be coming back to do the other room. ps Also, getting to play Table Tennis and Giant Jenga was fun too! read more

This is still my favourite escape room place. We did the Wild West room. It was my first one, but the person helping us with our room was really helpful. He explained everything and was very patient when we were stuck. The unlimited hints policy is nice. I can't wait to try the Fire Escape Room. read more

Held a birthday party for my 9 year old. Besides the escape room there was giant Jenga, video games, table tennis and large checkers. You have to bring your own stuff for the party (food/decorations) but the space is nice and feels clean and bright. Friendly staff. I did the firefighter room in a group of 8 adults. At times it was a little tight, and too many cooks in the kitchen (4-6 would be ideal), but what a great escape room. I've done one other escape room [in Toronto], and this one was far superior. I don't want to give anything away, but this escape "room" was really multiple rooms with puzzles in each room, plus great structural design, decorations and some cool special effects to add to the experience (not sure why previous review said "not much tech"). Two staff members were friendly and allowed us to complete the game even though we had gone over our time by 5 minutes. The price is a bit steep ($32 per person) for a one hour activity, but building that room surely wasn't cheap. This room may be too difficult for children - try the 'Wild West' themed room instead. A bit hard to find the place from the street - it was dark and I didn't notice any lit signs from the street; actually drove by it and saw someone else do that as well. I will definitely return to try their other escape rooms. read more

My friends and I (aged 19 and 20) had the most memorable time. This was my first escape room and definitely won't be my last at this location. We went as a group of 3 for the Wild West theme and were accommodated for a same day appointment. Amazing experience! Sort of like a hybrid between an escape room and an adventure room (a bit less emphasis on puzzly puzzles and a bit more emphasis on physical exploration). I enjoy both "genres" but the physical exploration aspect of this room definitely got the adrenaline pumping, especially in the last couple minutes. The pre-game experience was really smooth, with Game Master Megan telling us everything we needed to know in terms of rules and how to use each lock (much appreciated, nothing worse than being stuck in a room because of some usability issue). The flow of the puzzles was perfection. I'll say that the puzzles are fairly easy, which is actually a good thing! I don't think it's the type of room where I'd want to be mentally exhausted because there's such a large physical component. They start you off with a pretty easy puzzle to get you going, and from there, you're really flowing through everything (really realistic fire-rescue based puzzles) until an amazing moment where the experience totally changes and I'll just say you're in for a treat. There was one "puzzle" (more of a physical thing) in the second half of the game that cost us a bit of time due to being a bit finicky, but really not a big deal at the end of the day. They recommend 4-8 people, I think 8 would be ridiculously cramped. We were 4 and we were tripping all over each other. Not that it's a small space, though, it's actually quite large. I'd recommend about 4-6 being ideal. It does come to $32, which is more expensive than average, but worth it for the experience. Can't recommend this place enough! Check it out! I have not played Wild West, but it is supposedly a more beginner-style room, which I imagine means a lower density of puzzles. read more

I did the firefighter room. I've played about 20 rooms in the Toronto area and this was my favourite. I loved the integration of environment and roles into the tasks and puzzles (no random sudoku in a corner, thanks). Exploration and immersion was super fun. Everything was intuitive and fun to figure out and staff was super friendly. Kind of a pain to get to though, and a picture would have been nice at the end. Loved it, thanks for creating it! read more
