Pleasantly surprised by this lounge at the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport! It's on the smaller side, but it's very clean (like the rest of the airport lol) and the food menu is awesome. There was a variety of options, from pasta to sandwiches to rice dishes. The food here was better than the some of the restaurant food I had in Greenville, which was surprising but made for a great experience. I enjoyed my lunch with some wine, and the bar staff were friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely come back if visiting this airport again.

Smaller lounge at smaller airport. One bar tender but drink was made fast and was yummy. No signature cocktails. Food was pretty good. I didn't have a wait to get in.

Small lounge but great service. Heather in the front was very welcoming. My only complaint is there's a single stall bathroom with no diaper changing station. Parents beware!

I was surprised to find there was a lounge at the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport that accepted Priority Pass, but it worked out perfectly to kill a few hours before a flight. This Escape Lounge allows entry upon arrival, as well as departure. There's ample chairs for sitting, and plenty of outlets to charge your devices. There is a bar and a decent spread of food/snacks. There is also a coffee machine that dispenses lattes and cappuccinos. Employees are nice, but also can be a bit loud at times and inefficient at clearing tables after people have left the lounge. It also gets loud when families turn the limited space into a play area for their kids to run around. Overall, this lounge is a decent respite from waiting at gates should you have time to kill at GSP airport.

Awesome little lounge at the airport past security to the right. Decent food with comfortable seating. It also has a bar. It is extremely clean, but what makes it great is the people! Excellent customer service.

I have been to a few lounges in the past 6 months and I must say...This location has some of the best customer service! A special thank you to Heather for being A Ray of Sunshine!! She went out her way to check on me and see if there was anything I need or how she could help me. They lady that checked me in was awesome as well. Outstanding job ladies!!! Keep up the Rock Star customer service!!

2-stars because 1-star looks like I'm being mean. Wow-- pretty poor experience. I'm sorry but the food looks like it was made yesterday, it's only 5:30pm and I'm told by staff that "the boss" won't let them make more food after 5:30 (they close at 7:30). I asked about the TV at the bar....NFL playoffs are on...I'm told the connection is too expensive so no tv. Trust me...don't bother with the lounge. Having a quick drink and leaving for the restaurant. The lounge here is a nice idea but a complete bust. If you have a qualifying card worth it for the free drink. Shouldn't be given the Centurion branding even if just a partnership.

I had difficulty entering with my Amex Platinum card. Not sure what the problem was. Once inside I noticed it's very small. The only TV was behind the bar. The barstools are extremely uncomfortable. I wanted to watch the US Open Golf tournament and sitting at the bar was the only option. The food is well planned but it sits out all day. What I ate was good but not great. Another issue is there is only one restroom which is shared by men and women.

All employees here are great. Like the new employee Aundrea she's great too. Meatballs are my fave.

To the right (B terminal) just after TSA and sort of underneath the staircases.

I am a huge fan of small airports, but the service and physical space issues I had at AVL knock…read morethem down a star. Firstly, the airport is doing some major construction and the walkway between the arrival terminal and baggage claim is scaffolded. There were construction workers using leaf blowers to blow dust around (toward the pedestrian walkway) both times I flew through AVL this year. Because of construction arriving passenger pick up is quite crowded and disorganized, so just hope for the best until construction ends. There's not a long going on in here once you're through security - a bar, a coffee shop, a Jimmy John's and a "smoothie cafe". Nothing was open either time I flew through here, so probably plan to BYO everything for feeding yourself in this airport to your destination or connection. My service issues were disability boarding related. I have an "invisible" disability that requires more time to board the plane and I always preboard with United. While this specific issue may not be owned by the airport (gate agents are typically employed by the airline), but happened in the airport and is relevant enough to all travelers that I do want to share here. Security was fine, and Pre-Check was just as fast as any other small airport. Through in 5 minutes or less. At boarding, however, despite wearing my sunflower lanyard, the gate agents saw no wheelchairs and skipped disability preboarding altogether. If this happened once I'd let it go, but it happened repeatedly at AVL. I have flown through dozens of even smaller airports than AVL that do disability preboarding correctly. AVL United gate agents do not. AVL is almost impossible to get to/from without a rideshare, rental car, or someone picking you up. I did successfully use transit to get to Asheville downtown from AVL, but I got lucky on the timing with my check bag coming out in time to catch the bus with 5min to spare. The buses only run between the airport and downtown every 90 minutes, which means too infrequently for airport employees to rely on transit to come to work. There is also a hotel across the street for those with morning flights, but the construction fencing is situated such that it didn't feel super safe to walk from the hotel to the airport 100 yards away.

That was a waste of space and seating. Bar had a good selection of wine and beer, and the server was attentive. The bad...this was a show with 3 acts, the best and most popular for last. We sat through the first two and were excited for the third and that's when the disappointment hit. Seems that the third act and sound man were disagreeing over the set sound. As some one who has worked in the field and worked a sound board, I'm really putting the blame on the sound guy that couldn't handle it. I understand musicians are cocky and want things a certain way, but don't work with creatives if you can't handle it. The sound guy pissed the singer off, turned all the lights on bright, and essentially caused it all to end early. Sorry, we pay money for the act, not an event employee to have a fit. The audience was confused and after speaking to several other attendees after, they too were confused and disappointed. Some had driven from Charlotte and Asheville for this concert. As others have mentioned people will stand right in front of you even if your sitting. Make a standing area in the back. Being handicapped, I'm also surprised that they let a food truck use the handicapped designated spaces near the entrance. Seriously considering not going back and skipping any more shows here. I love supporting local, but don't appreciate how their artist conflict was handled.
