[[HIGHLIGHT]]Quiet and peaceful. Several outlets and sitting areas by the wall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Stocked bar with draft beer options. Didn't see a soft drink machine. But Coke products at the bar. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice TV by the bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Friendly staff and very clean tables and area compared to other airport lounges I have been at recently. It's a solid 3 in here. There are some food options, but not likely to be many/any if you're veg or have dietary restrictions, and they are not on par with any airport restaurant food quality. Ahead of my 4pm flight I found deli meats, sandwiches, hummus with pita chips, and a couple hot bar items that looked like they'd been out for quite a while. There are cereal dispensers but I'm not sure where the milk is, and some pastries look like they've been sitting out for a long time. There are a few snacks and a couple beverages (lemonade and cucumber infused ice water), with a good deal of the counter space occupied by a fancy coffee machine. Not sure how to get just coffee. There's a full service bar if you're the drinking type, and I believe that's extra $... but I'm not a drinker, so I might be wrong. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Seating is challenging if you have more than 1-2 people and the space is small so would fill up fast with a bunch of business travelers taking up whole tables with computers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Like most lounges, there's nowhere out of the way to stow luggage.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bathroom is co-ed... because there is only one single stall in the entire place. Go in private, but know there's going to be one or many someones impatient for you to finish.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It absolutely reeks of stale air freshener and the floor and toilet seat are both sticky. No place to put a purse or bag off the floor in a spot you can access from the toilet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm a dirty hippie and this bathroom was gross to me - you might be better served by the regular restrooms. read more

I have been going to this lounge for the last 3 years and have noticed a significant drop in quality. The food now looks and tastes like it has been sitting for hours. I have visited this lounge 4 times in the last six months and this quality drop is noticeable. What happened? This used to be an airport lounge that I enjoyed visiting. Now I would rather not go. The food here was better than the some of the restaurant food I had in Greenville, which was surprising but made for a great experience. Checked in here an hour before my flight from GSP to grab lunch. Food was beyond nasty, very low turnover, sandwiches and hot dishes that looked like they'd been sitting for hours with flies buzzing around them and tasted rotten. Had to leave and buy Chick-fil-A. I was surprised to find there was a lounge at the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport that accepted Priority Pass, but it worked out perfectly to kill a few hours before a flight. This Escape Lounge allows entry upon arrival, as well as departure. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's ample chairs for sitting, and plenty of outlets to charge your devices.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There is a bar and a decent spread of food/snacks. There is also a coffee machine that dispenses lattes and cappuccinos. Employees are nice, but also can be a bit loud at times and inefficient at clearing tables after people have left the lounge. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It also gets loud when families turn the limited space into a play area for their kids to run around.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, this lounge is a decent respite from waiting at gates should you have time to kill at GSP airport.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] read more

Went in , used the restroom, and the food was all stuck together and congealed.....stir it up at least . Went couldn't eat there, so we left and went to Wolfgang pucks. After dinner went back there and everything remained the same. The manager on duty blissfully eating a bowl of something beyond the bar, while the place looked a mess. Small, with no individual desks for working, but MUCH higher quality food and drinks than a typical airline-run lounge. Dinner this week was delicious and the open bar was certainly tempting, although one is my limit. It's definitely worth it if you have a flight delay or just get to the airport much earlier than expected. Very friendly employees, too. read more

Everyone was so darn nice and helpful, funny too. One girl really liked anime, and her coworker was awesome too. The shift supervised was a boss, and everybody was laughing and cavorting. Really a positive experience. I thought I was going back for the outbound and I was sad it was going to be from Charlotte. I really wanted to pass by thru. And the witches brew! I'm sorry but the food looks like it was made yesterday, it's only 5:30pm and I'm told by staff that "the boss" won't let them make more food after 5:30 (they close at 7:30). I asked about the TV at the bar....NFL playoffs are on...I'm told the connection is too expensive so no tv. Trust me...don't bother with the lounge. Having a quick drink and leaving for the restaurant. The lounge here is a nice idea but a complete bust. If you have a qualifying card worth it for the free drink. Shouldn't be given the Centurion branding even if just a partnership. read more

I had difficulty entering with my Amex Platinum card. Not sure what the problem was. Once inside I noticed it's very small. The only TV was behind the bar. The barstools are extremely uncomfortable. I wanted to watch the US Open Golf tournament and sitting at the bar was the only option. The food is well planned but it sits out all day. What I ate was good but not great. Another issue is there is only one restroom which is shared by men and women. read more

The food selection with flavorful and was very nicely presented. This was quite a fortunate surprise. Flight was delayed and while putting on shoes a gentlemen asks if I had an Amex are and told me about this new lounge. The food selection was better than any lounge I've been in. Try excellent selections in small plate servings. Andy and Harriet (and everyone there) were consummate professionals. Worst lounge I've been to. When I arrived, there were barely scraps of food left in every single choice on the buffet. I watched them throw two sandwiches away. I then sat in the lounge for over an hour, and the food was never ever refreshed. Basically a bag of potato chips and some stale peanuts and raisins are the choices here. read more

I had an early flight out of Greenville/Spartanburg on Friday March 22, 2019 and accidentally saw this sign on my way to the gate. It's a lil tricky to find, so you need to turn right after the security check and go as far as the escalator, the entrance is right behind it. Clean lounge, not crowded, friendly service, good selection of food (I can only judge the breakfast) and a large bar (premium drinks are not free of charge though). read more

This place is awesome! I'm used to the Centurion Lounges in larger airports, but popped into this one as I traveled through Greenville. It was a nice change of pace -- quiet, very calm, and laid back. I chatted with Red, the manager, who was very nice. The food selection is smaller than at a big Centurion, but what they had was very good (I'm told that's thanks to Lizzy in the kitchen). All in all, great experience. read more

Absolute top notch service. I've heard of people getting to the airport early to avoid TSA issues or any flight changes but I get to GSP early to relax in the American Express Escape Lounge. Three employees specifically, Ashia, Chris & Pooh provided stellar service and made my stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. I'll see you guys again when I'm in the Greenville area.
