I would not recommend this shop, the owner especially can not provide good nails whatsoever! I came in to get a short set, (you can not even see the nails from the backside of my hand I like natural looking nails) I was originally quoted $80 for this short simple set. Which didn't make sense because the other guy I go to in there usually does them for $60 including designs and $10 tip. He applied the acrylic over my cuticles. He proceeded to start doing my nails and the entire time he was cutting my fingers the entire time and wasn't watching where he was placing the drill so ended up scraping my hand multiple times like the middle of my hand/palm. Didn't apologize or anything. I expressed that he was doing my nails completely aggressive and as a business owner that's "been in business for 30+ years" if I keep jumping or pulling my hand away you should be able to see that you are hurting me. I then told him I would prefer not to continue getting my nails done by him and I asked if one of the ladies could finish because on top of him hurting me the nails were extremely bulky and the application was horrible. He refused to allow anyone else to fix my nails. I gave him another chance as he wouldn't let anyone else finish and he proceeded to hurt me. I asked him to take the nails off and he refused. I was also getting my toes done so once I finished, i explained to him the service overall was horrible and he even made me bleed, he proceed to tell me he didn't care (on video). I went to the atm to attempt to pull out cash because I knew he was going to try to go back and change the charge once I swiped my card. He said I couldn't use the atm so I asked if my wife could go next door to pull the cash off. He said no he was calling the police. And locked us inside the location which wasn't an issue because we never tried to leave. It did feel unsafe. The police arrived and told him I was obligated to pay for my nails or me and my wife's toes ($140, no acrylic just regular pedicures), however the ladies did an amazing job so I did want to pay them for their service, my wife ended up getting the cash off because the officer said at any point and time we can leave but as I said I wanted to pay the ladies, I paid and he started talking mess to me, my wife and the officer. I would absolutely not recommend this place, the owner has horrible customer service and doesn't care about anything but money. They also have bad roaches!!! read more

This was my second time going to this establishment and I have to say I'm not gonna be returning. Not only do the technicians, not speak to you, they're not very good at what they do. The first time they cut my toe which took a couple of weeks to heal, and today she cut the same toe twice. I was told by her that I had an ingrown toenail, but I will tell you I have never had any pain until she used the tweezers and went too far. In front of my face poured monomer used on my nails into the bottle to be reused on someone else.... used scissors to cut my nails down? mocked me? but complimented me ? i asked for them to be square and theyre 100% not and when i kept saying i wanted them to be square everytime he filed them down it just got shorter and rounder.. a complete mess around my cuticles acrylic spilled over my finger and skin. all around terrible work. PSA: GO ANYWHERE ELSE unless you want a disease. The tech cut my toe pretty bad- normally wouldn't be that big of a big deal, accidents happen. Normally, they would just use the dropper that makes the wound clot before continuing. Unfortunately, she continued with the base gel clear coat WITH BLOOD STILL ON MY TOENAIL. She then looked at the polish brush, decided perhaps it wasn't sanitary, and her solution was to wipe the brush off on the microfiber towel before continuing. The tech then took out her phone and took a picture of my bloody toe- still before tending to the actual cut at all. Another rep came over and told her to use the clotting liquid, which she did. I asked about the need for the picture as it made me uncomfortable, and was given a vague response about liability. The cherry on top is that the tech used the bloody glove to handle her phone for the picture, and then continued using the same glove for the rest of the service They charged me full price- which was slightly overpriced to begin with. This was my first time trying out the salon because we eat at the shopping mall all the time. I will say I left with a cute design that I love, but it did take a while to get there, and they never spoke English to me for me to understand why I was charged $50 for a simple design, so I will not be returning, but I'm glad I walked away happy. I had a completely different design at first, but the girl tried to do it and it looked terrible so she had to fix it before I left and we had a lot of issues with them getting the fingernail straight and not crooked and that also took a amount of time. I would say if you choose to go here make sure you get what you want and it's OK to speak up for yourself and also know they do not give detailed pricing to you when check out the owner is a gentleman that is kind of rude. My fiend decided to go and get her nails done.She drove out to this location due to the pictures online from past work. She went out there and asked for a full set and when she got around looked at her hand she noticed it being crooked, different sizes, some thicker then others, and some design looked a little crazy. She has contacted the lady that did her full set and she had offered to shape them but since they are glued down and crooked they can't be fixed that way so she had asked for a refund and was denied. She was also told that they do not do refunds at all. and that was the managers rules. She was not going to drive another 45 minutes out of her way to be told that it couldn't be fixed the CORRECT way. Her name is Bray. She said she had plenty of experience. Came in on a Monday afternoon and was greeted immediately! I did book an appt a few hours prior to my arrival which probably helped! They had plenty of nail techs there though so walk in's were definitely taken care of right away. I did a deluxe pedicure for $35 with the paraffin wax(my favorite!) I thought the price was pretty fair considering this area normally charges around $50 for pedicures with the paraffin wax. My toes look and feel great! I also ended up getting my nails filled and had two repaired. Excellent paint job and they look awesome as well. I noticed in the comments they took care of cuticles really well. I moved here from Arizona two weeks ago so I do not have a home salon. I went in to have my acrylics soaked off to get a gel manicure and get a pedicure. From the start she starts ripping off the acrylics and damaging the nail underneath. I asked for them to be soaked and she continued to ignore me. At this point my nail is ruined and I'm annoyed. They continue to rip them all off and do a dip manicure. She did not prep or shape my nails for a manicure and the pictures show that. The gel top coat is missing from both my thumbs. Next to the pedicure, which I thought wasn't bad until the end. My pinky toe nail comes off at the end while filing and this man was just going to super glue it back on and hope I wasn't paying attention. I told him not to and got up from the chair. I go to pay and explain everything and rather than offering to fix it, she proceeds to charge me the full amount. $95 dollars to have to go somewhere else. I will NEVER be returning!! read more

I normally don't write reviews but I had to, to hopefully save someone else some money. I came here to get my acrylics removed and have a gel pedicure and manicure. To begin with they sat me in a chair and had someone doing my pedicure, she was pleasant and then someone doing my manicure... which is the person that unfortunately wasn't having a good day, I suppose. She starts trying to remove my acrylics with a tip of an unused acrylic tip... which is not why I came there if I wanted to just chip at my own acrylics I would've done It at home. I told her it was hurting me. She then continued to the other finger, which she then continues and actually cracked and broke my nail. After that she sighs really big and then finally removes them appropriately, even tho she was burning my nails with the file so essentially this was the most painful manicure I've ever gotten. I told her I wanted to keep the length of my nails, she continued to cut them. During this whole process of trying to get my nails off there was dust all over me, even parts of the acrylic were flinging into my eyes. Like I said I wasn't going to write a review because I understand everyone has bad days but this was unacceptable, what pushed me to write my review was after spending $110 ( with tip) my gel polish is now coming off of my nails within 3 days and my nails are now damaged because of her neglect. normally have a good experience so I'm not sure what happened but I won't be coming back. read more

Went to eat at the yummy Thai restaurant next door which I highly recommend, then needed a pedi (had gel toes & acrylic ombré nail) but my regular salon is far & booked out still I decided to get a basic pedi $25 & fill. She did a horrible job on my toes, seemed upset when i told her I only wanted a basic pedi, then started to do gel toes after I said basic pedi and got grumpy bc she had already stated gel & stopped her... which I did not want bc I could already see I my nails weren't shaped good so why pay extra.... She got polish in my cuticles, just messy overall. I ended up just getting my feet done, got scared for them to touch my hands. Will not be returning & would not recommend. read more

They're very rude and racist but they literally will cater to the white people. I guess when you live in a predominantly white city and county you have to. Every time I called in advance asking if they were busy and they would say no. I would go in person to find that they were extremely busy. They called me up there just to try to get money. Not to mention every time I would ask Jenny if she'd be available the next day and her response or another lady's response would be nope Jenny is off. Every time they would tell me that she was off I would go the next day to find that Jenny was working so they lied just so they could get my money the same day. However, I was given a guy who was not friendly and apparently didn't like where or how I placed my feet and kept jerking them in "place". Then he used the shredder on the my feet and I explained to please be easy and scraped the back of my ankle didn't put anything on it or say anything I thought I felt something and noticed something was up as it burned when I put my feet in the water.
