Super kind staff and my nails look great every time!! I don't plan on ever switching salons!

Nina did an excellent job on my mani/pedi. Amanda did not appreciate my patronage. I had been coming here regularly and even purchased the annual membership because I enjoy the salon. I understand internet outages happen, but I only incurred the $4 ATM fee because their payment system was down. I was disappointed that there wasn't any effort to offset that small expense, especially for a member. It's not really about the $4, it's about feeling appreciated as a loyal customer. I think Sonny would have offered a compensation for my inconvenience fee. read more

The did a decent job on my nails they were thorough so that was good. Attention to detail. Although they used silver gel dip on my nail when I asked for chrome. The atmosphere was warm. Downside is they are expensive. They don't offer acrylic nails either so like previous reviewer said it's important to keep in mind. And there was so miscommunication. My full gel nail set was 80.00 everywhere else it's 65.00 not sure if I'll be going back for that reason. read more

This was my first time here. I wanted to get a gel fill. Not a full set or anything complicated. I got there at 4.50pm and didn't leave until 7pm. There is no way just a gel fill should take this long. I had an event to go to for which I was extremely delayed for because of how long it took. Not only did it take forever but the tech did a sloppy job. She was trying to upsell me every step of the way. She had me get "hybrid gel" fill but did not fully know how to put it on. It was lumpy and too thick after I told her I want it to look natural and thin. I also had to have her fix the shape multiple times and even still both hands weren't even. The icing on the cake was the price. After all of that it cost $80 for just a gel fill. This was a one and done for me. Lesson learned..Never again!! read more

This place had just opened up by my house so I wanted to try them out. They do not offer acrylic so you need to know that ahead of time. They do gel x and hybrid gel... and a full set was $75 ... fill in $65. I had a full set and a pedicure and ended up paying almost $200... not really worth it to me. The second time I went I just got a full and color change on my toes... still paid $140. The second time the guy did my nails way better than the first time... still unsure if I want to keep going but they did a good job. read more

The first time I went here was when they first opened and I was amazed at what was included for a pedicure for $59. Couldn't wait to go back. Have been back twice since and for $69 all you get is the most basic of pedis. I can get WAY more for less money elsewhere. The salon itself is nice and clean. Sonstiges they'll off you something to drink other times they don't. The techs have zero interest in talking with you and each time I've been my tech has had ear buds in and has been on a personal phone call through the duration of my service. This salon is my favorite and I'm so happy I found them. They use non toxic nail products (no acrylic) so you don't walk in and get overwhelmed by that typical nail salon smell. I've had several technicians do my nails and pedicures and I've been pleased each and every time. They have an amazing selection of colors too! Definitely a nice relaxing nail salon. I want to give this place 5 stars, because we were in and out and the salon was clean and so pretty. However, service is not the greatest. Like others, they are very overpriced. First off putting step was the tech pulled out used nail files (huge no-no). No cuticle prep on the full set, so after walking out I pushed back my cuticles and now my nails look 4 weeks grown out. We weren't able to do the design that I was quoted $110 for, due to the shape that I requested, so I did a solid color gel, which was super pretty. I also booked a heel treatment, which without a pedicure was pointless, but online says $15, but in the salon is $45, so ironically my total still ended up being $110. Do I think my service was worth $110? Absolutely not. But the gentleman was friendly and the salon was clean, so I thought that was decent. As a nail tech myself, i will stick with carpal tunnel and doing my nails myself as I am soooo picky. read more

Have been here several times. Everyone I have had a service with has been professional and gracious. Today, 1/22/2025, my tech was Sweet. She had quite a lot to deal with. Recently, I broke a nail into the quick and lost about half the nail. I waited several weeks for the nail to grow out almost to the end of my finger. Sweet removed my standard SNS, cut all my nails down to match the broken nail, and then gave me a standard manicure with the polish just being the clear gel. I was nervous since I had not had my nails short in a long time. When Sweet finished, I couldn't believe how much I liked my new look. Expensive af! They charge for every little thing. Took 3 hours to do a pedicure and a short full set. They don't offer a lot of common services like acrylic nails. I will never go back. read more

It's very clean. Looks very nice. Prices are way overpriced for the mediocre service you receive. Today I went in for a dip mani & a regular pedi. I wanted brown nails with a chrome on top that still allowed for the brown polish underneath to be seen. Instead she put silver chrome on my nails and then ignored me when I said it was wrong. It took another employee telling her to completely redo my nails to get her to fix it. While she was nice about it, after that she hurt me several times and nearly dislocated my thumb taking the chrome off. I never did get my pedicure. Up until that point tho, everything was great. However, I won't be going back. For the record, the person I went to the salon with also asked for the same chrome over her deep cherry red nails and they came out exactly as I had wanted mine. Maybe my girl just didn't know what she was doing but that shouldn't be blamed on me. And I shouldn't be hurt multiple times because you were asked to remove it. There was another employee there (not the one that worked on me) that was just flat out rude to everyone. Her client was trying to tell her something about her nails and she completely ignored her. The client said, "I'm talking to you. Did you hear me?" And she just grunted at her. And yes, she could clearly speak and understand English. read more

The first time I went to the salon, it was great, the woman running the place was very friendly, very personable and my nail tech was good. The second time I went, the customer service was good, but my nail tech was just OK. I went again the other day to get a pedicure and was greeted with the worst customer service by a man at the front desk. I followed him to my pedicure chair, but ended up walking out because he was just so rude. I cannot give my business to someone who charges double what another salon will and have worse customer service. We have other salons in the area with better customer service and cheaper prices. I don't need to spend $115 on a pedicure to be treated like I'm an inconvenience.
