I was greeted by friendly and kind staff members the moment I walked into the door and my appointment started on time. The woman who did my facial took the time to examine my skin before beginning and helped me understand which skin type I have. I felt very taken care of during the facial, and felt very relaxed afterward. My skin felt very calm. Once the facial was complete, she was able to recommend products and provide me with samples to try out before committing to purchase. I really appreciated this because I have acne prone skin and it's awful to commit to buying a product that ends up causing breakouts immediately. Thus far the samples have caused no immediate reactions to my skin, yay! I used to love going here. I never had many horrible experiences. However, last time I was there, I felt rushed and I was out in 10 minutes for an eyebrow appointment. Granted the lady did say she was quite busy with laser services. The manager reached out and I was quite apologetic as I did not want anyone to get into trouble for a review I left. After 5 weeks, I decided to return and unfortunately I was paired with the same lady like last time. Although extremely nice, I think there there needs to be a few more training sessions. She threaded my brows. When she did my right brow, it was fine. But my left, I felt a sharp pain many times but didn't think nothing of it other than my eyebrow hairs not wanting to leave my face. I left I was happy and my eye brows looked good. What I notice when I return home was trauma to my brow bone. Lots of trauma and blood and tender feeling. I ended up applying topical cream for the cuts. I do believe this will be my last session there.

The business is pleasantly laid out, beautifully decorated and comfortable - not just for the client, but anyone accompanying them. Last but definitely not least, Laura's pricing has not gone through the roof as her years of experience (and presumably costs!) have increased. She is professional, reassuring, and amazing at getting you comfortable while getting the zaps so that you notice it as little as possible.
