Honestly, went into this a little sceptical because ive spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on my skin hoping that something might finally help my acne scars and extremely dry skin. My mom works at a dermatologist office so i thought i knew a lot about my skin. I was so wrong. I scheduled a winter glow facial appointment with jessica and honestly i could not be happier. She first talked me through every step and asked what my skin needs were, then examined my skin and i actually found out my skin is oily not dry. She proceeded to explain my blood cell build up (had no idea) and asked me about all the products i use and explained that im supposed to stay between a 0-1 on the comodogenic scale and the products i use are all 3-5's. As i was leaving, jessica gave me a personalized write up on my skin which gave an extremely personal feel. I went once so far and i can honestly say if you are on the fence about facials, starlight is 100% the place to try. The girls are so so sweet and i cant even put into words how excited i am that i found a place FINALLY that understands my skin. They put so much research and effort into this and it shows that they truly do care about your skin and what they do. I in no way have perfect skin, but i know its not impossible to get now that i found a place that completely supports my skins needs. I know it might be a little pricey but its honestly worth every penny. I have never written a review for anything before but i honestly think this was necessary to do. After a friend recommend this spa, I thought I would try it out. The booking process was very simple, easy and fast. I got the day and time I wanted with ease. Once I got there, I was greeted and seated in a cozy lounge area. The place was very welcoming as well, as clean. She sat down with me and asked me about myself and my skin goals. I think it was good because she actually took time and personalized what 'I' needed for my skin, which wouldn't be the same for everyone else. I am in my late 20's and I have never had a facial before. I wanted my skin just to be soft, healthy and the same pigment throughout. She asked me what products I use, so she could assist with my skin care routine at home, as it is not only getting a facial. My technician came, who was named Brittany. She was very gentle, and walked me through my facial. I had the Hydro Facial, as it was recommended for my first time. Brittany actually showed me what came out of my face into the machine. My skin felt so fresh. I absolutely felt such a difference it was crazy! After the facial, they told me what products I was using were beneficial, and which ones I should stop as they were toxic to my particular skin. I have another facial already booked for next month! If you want clear skin in 2019 go to starlight!! That skin you've been waiting they will get you there, your skin will be in good hands. I've always struggled with acne and pigmentation and I knew very little about skin care before coming here. I came by fluke one day and it changed my life. My skin has come such a long way I tried chemical peels which turned out to be the BEST DECISION I've ever made in my life I was skeptical at first about peels because of things I've read online but it has transformed the way my skin looks and feels!! BHA & AHAS are game changers, look it up. The staff there is wonderful they always made me feel welcome and very pampered they're all so sweet. They've taught me a lot about what I should and shouldn't use and they're continually teaching all their clients and followers on insta about how to continue your skin routine at home. I started going to starlight a little over a year ago now due to a moderate amount of acne and acne scars and pigmentation which took a toll on my life as I've tried everything and anything to help cure it and nothing worked (including prescription oral antibiotics, which made me sick) I was getting married in 6 months and was desperate to have good skin.... after going to starlight for 3 sessions of chemical peels (every 3 weeks) and purchasing their amazing skin care line they work with my skin absolutely transformed! I went from never leaving the house without foundation to wearing foundation 1-2 x a month when going out for special occasions only. All the girls here are so amazing and intelligent and helped me be confident again and educated me on so many things I didn't know. I am so grateful I found this place! Hands down the best spa I have ever been to! I have had acne for 7 years and have tried NUMEROUS treatments and products without any guidance. They analyzed my skin, then educated me on how I should care for it. They checked all the ingredients in the products that I was using; as I was using poor products Jesicca recommended that I try AlumierMD (can't live without it). With regular peels, hydro facials, and a good home routine, I've gained so much confidence being acne free. You can tell that they are very passionate about what they do. I've been going to this spa for a while now, they are organized and very knowledgeable. Madison is the aesthetician that I regularly go to. She makes me feel very welcome and comfortable. She doesn't just push product for the sake of pushing product which is such a nice refresher. Anything she does recommend, I trust very much. She has gone above and beyond to assist me with questions on her personal time. Through the pandemic her and a teammate set up weekly video meetings to discuss and share information on everything skin related, which I think was a very helpful and clever way to keep people engaged with the brand. read more

I love starlight!! They are very knowledgeable on skincare and will work to understand your skin's needs. I've been going for a few years now and my skin has always fluctuated with breakouts and I have a lot of scarring, but when I consistently get facials and skin treatments, it always looks and feels better. Drove an hour and a half to receive my first starlight glow facial and I can't say enough good things about the experience!!! Such a great experience. I started with a facial regime that consisted of anti aging treatments. First with a hydra facial, then a viva an IPL and now micro needling. Looking at pictures from a few years back to now is quite amazing! My friends even tell me you look better now than before But I am going to take that as a compliment. I absolutely love starlight med spa! All of the technicians are super nice and the facility is always clean. I love most that they truly care about my skin and give me recommendations on treatments based on my best interest which is hard to find at a lot of clinics in this industry.
