It is one room, you're locked in, and you get the 'exit early' code to leave if something horrible happens. So you're not truly stuck in the room, so people with claustrophobia can still enjoy this activity! There are a series of puzzles you have to solve, and a lot of locks you have to unlock. Some require keys, some require codes. There are clues hidden all around the room, but if your team is really stuck, you're handed hints (paper 'telegrams' pushed through a mail slot) to help you look in the right area and solve the puzzles. If you're still not getting it, the hints get more and more detailed. They want you to solve the room, after all! We broke free in 49 minutes - which was a great time! We had a full 11 minutes left to go. Other Escape the Room activities I've been to have been multiple rooms - so as you progress through the story, you open doors to other areas. In order to fit more rooms into this office building, it seems like they opted to keep each room self contained in one room. There were still a ton of puzzles to solve, but I like the feeling of progression as I open doors and get further into the activity. The location of this game is in an office building. It seems like a converted dentist/doctor, which is just like the previous activities I've gone to. This is a great way to spend an hour with friends. I was in town for only a couple days, so we reached out via Facebook to see if we could book the room on their 'closed' day, and they obliged! Then we found out there were two other groups who did the same thing. Great customer service! I highly recommend checking this spot out. I will be back next time I'm in town! (I also broke an entire tray of glass bottles in my excitement during the game, and the woman who ran the room was understanding and didn't get mad at me. She even sent a 'hint' note asking if everything was ok and making sure I didn't get hurt. Other than being completely mortified, I was uninjured.)

Once we arrived we were greeted by Regina. She informed us they were having technical issues but no matter what she'd make it work for us. She was incredibly nice and friendly. Due to the technical issues we weren't able to play like how normally is so she offered us a discount (which was very appreciated). This was a majority of our groups first escape room and we were very pleased and had a great time. We've made plans to go back and do the The Lab. I would highly recommend anyone to try out Escape 20/20. Despite it not being all fancy like some escape rooms are this one was definitely fun and challenging. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

My son who has a learning disability and emotionally impaired left 15 minutes after starting a game here from being harassed by one of the long time players here . I don't recommend anyone playing or shopping here. Especially after seeing how the owner is. He needs psychological help. Especially running a shop for kids. My son started walking home and this place is in a really rough neighborhood while carrying a couple thousand dollars of Pokemon collection in his backpack. The staff replied: "We will have the boxes available." Based on that confirmation, I made the trip. When I arrived, I was told their shipment was still being unpacked, so I waited in the area. After everything was sorted, I was informed that NIKKE wasn't part of the shipment at all -- not delayed, not street-dated, simply not included, which directly contradicted the message they sent me earlier. I understand shipments can be incomplete. The issue was being told the product would be available during the event period and only finding out the opposite after waiting around. Love the Cuban tribute sandwich to Florida's oldest restaurant with very carefully curated ingredients and love in execution going so far as to have even the correct bread come from a bakery in Tampa! Jyes, they go that far. Was a sight for sore eyes for this Florida boy. Saw they do other things too, like filet sliders; who does that? I want some!!! Awesome.

Their extensive waiver won't protect them from a poorly maintained facility. They refuse to allow comparable grip socks; another money grab, misrepresenting the actual cost to participate. We never solved the room, nor understood the plot bc they came in so many times to fix puzzles for us or explain to us " you did it right, this was supposed to happen". They felt so bad for us that they gave us the keychain. To be honest I just wish I was refunded or given a different room at that point because I was looking forward to playing so much. I felt like we would have solved the room if we didn't have to use our clues on broken stuff and if things worked like they were supposed to work. Our directional lock broke, and we ended up not making it through. We decided to try to give it another try. We wanted to use a Groupon, and, unfortunately, the voucher code did not come in time. We called to try to see what to do, and the man on the phone told us to just call back whenever we got the voucher code. We showed up hoping the code came in time, and we're informed when we got there that we had to book an hour ahead no matter what. We offered to purchase on the spot and we're turned away. Understandable, but we are very sad about this experience. Just wish we could have known more ahead of time. Hope this helps someone else.
